Convenient location, but the room smelled of smoke
The hotel is in a convenient location, with lots of food places nearby. However, our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I asked if we could change rooms, but was told the hotel was fully booked, so we had to stay in the same room. It was disappointing and affected our stay.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, the facilities were good, and the room had a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, a great place to stay and good value for money. Good service from Yhan.

Honestly, the room was too small, and the towels were old and had a stale smell. What bothered me most was the unpleasant sour odor that hit me as soon as I entered the room. Also, when you shower, the water leaks out of the bathroom and into the room. I hope the hotel can address these issues. Thank you.

Decided to stay in KL for a night last minute. Chose this hotel after some searching, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The air conditioning unit started leaking like a faucet after only two hours of use. When I checked in, the room was smoke-free, but a night of my neighbors smoking made my room reek of cigarette smoke. It was unbearable.

Everything was fine, fitting of the price. Buti was a bit sad that a few of my stuff in the room wassnt functioning. The showerhead i had to diy so it wouldnt spray everywhere. The 2nd lock wasnt available thus making me feel unsafe. Other than that it was okay.
