The hotel staff were incredibly enthusiastic. When I checked in, they specifically asked about my preferences and thoughtfully gave me an ID card holder, which was a really sweet and charming little gesture. At checkout, the front desk proactively asked how my stay was, which was very considerate. I was here on a business trip, and while the room wasn't huge, it was very clean and tidy overall. I'll definitely be back.

I stayed in a king room for two nights and was extremely satisfied! The room was more spacious than I expected, with elegant and cozy decor, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a great view. The biggest surprise was the bedding – the latex mattress was just the right firmness, and the down comforter was fluffy and light. Even as someone who has trouble sleeping in new places, I slept soundly through the night. The amenities were well thought out: the silent air conditioning was almost noiseless, the smart curtains provided perfect blackout, and the bathroom had strong water pressure with instant hot water. The complimentary mini-bar drinks were a nice touch, and they even included pour-over coffee. The front desk service was warm and efficient, proactively asking about my stay. I left my charger when checking out, and the housekeeping auntie promptly contacted me and helped keep it safe. The location is quiet yet convenient, just a five-minute walk to the subway station. Excellent value for money, this stay far exceeded my expectations. Whether for business or leisure, I would not hesitate to choose this place again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable sleep.
