Extremely comfortable with excellent service. They were very patient and helpful whenever we had an issue, especially Mr. Qifeng from the front desk who went above and beyond by helping us load our luggage into the car before leaving. Highly recommend!

Not newly renovated, but still great. The service and cleanliness were excellent. The front desk was very prompt in handling issues, from leaving room information and cleaning requests when I went out, to asking for an extra pair of disposable slippers—all the details were handled perfectly. The service attitude was also great. When we checked out, Qi Feng even told us about a shortcut and enthusiastically led us there. Really appreciate it!

I had a very pleasant stay, and the location was excellent. Plus, Xiao Xiang, the WeChat customer service representative, was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. Every time I asked for recommendations for authentic Chongqing dishes and hotpot, he always gave accurate suggestions tailored to our preferences.

The hotel facilities are a bit old; the TV only has local channels, and there are water stains on the faucet. However, overall it's good, and the location is excellent. Front desk staff Xiao Hu provided great service and even gave me a card holder.

This hotel is conveniently located near Guanyin Bridge, making transportation a breeze. While it's not the newest hotel, the room facilities are still quite good. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the breakfast spread is excellent. The staff are all incredibly warm and attentive, especially Jackie and Bella, who really made us feel right at home.
