i stayed at villas at fortune for a few nights to visit over my family here in florida and visit the parks, i want to start off the review by emphasizing the customer service is amazing and very attention to detail. the rooms were really clean and well maintained, everyone was so accommodating, i asked for a few extra utensils since we had extra people over, the front desk sent the houseman fast and were delivered quickly!. the resort is about 30-35 minutes away from the main parks and is right around the corner from a turnpike entrance and exit which is super convenient!! i recommend staying here if you want to have an amazing stay near the parks.

This place is so comforting and amazing. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I needed more bathroom supplies and they came 5 minutes after I called each time. My room was really clean and organized. It felt like home away from home! When I visit Florida, I always love coming to this resort. The best part is, this area is close to the theme parks. 10/10 recommend ⭐️

Very kid friendly. Our children got to feed the ducks. Had a great time at the pool. Area was very safe, kids were able to play and have a good time.

The Villas were perfect for our Disney Trip in July 2025. Staff was incredible. We had a few issues with the unit when we arrived that were corrected within 2 hours.

The check in process and check out was awesome and easy!! They definitely helped out when arriving late. The cleanliness and space in the villa gave plenty of space and privacy. Having 3 bathroom helped. You are like 30 minutes from each park. Universal or Disney. Not the best location but it’s about $25-30 uber ride to each park. The only complaint the pool was a little boring. No music it wasn’t lively and pretty dead. So if you like quietness it will exceed your expectations. They should definitely clean the pool on a daily basis

Overbooked but tried their best They were overbooked and didnt have the 3br i paid for. We did a late check in. They didnt have a reservation for me at all, but security put us in a 2br unit so we had somewhere to sleep. Unit had spiders and an outlet that didnt work. TVs are tiny. Otherwise, it was clean. Next morning, staff was nice and issued refund no problem since they couldnt accommodate. Unit was not wheelchair accessible. Had a headache getting my power chair inside to charge it. Complex was clean. Basic but clean facility
