Breakfast is good, but the restaurant is quite small, so you might have to wait for a table during peak hours. I stayed for three nights, and the hotel staff didn't replenish the used coffee capsules, and the coffee cups weren't cleaned properly.

Location is good! Able to walk or take the tram to the Duomo. Offered a room in the ground floor and surprisingly it’s very quiet! Bed is a bit hard but it’s acceptable. Breakfast choices are limited tho. We drove there with rental car. There’s parking in the mall next to the hotel. Very convenient!

Everything was perfect, and the free luggage storage was a huge plus. The only minor issue was that the windows weren't very soundproof, but otherwise, the room was excellent, spacious, and clean.

The hotel is clean. Location is good with 15 minutes walk to Dumo. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

The staff are very helpful and nice. The hotel is loveyand well placed. The rooms are small as expected. Issues is there is no where to support your suitcase so you need to put it on the floor, which was hard on the back. The in room safe is to small to put in an i pad or the smallest computer.

This is a very basic hotel, similar to a budget hotel in China, and most rooms even have a balcony. The breakfast was simple and ordinary. The main advantage is its convenient location, as it's very close to my workplace.

Hotel is easy to get to from LIN. also very good welcome from reception. However the room smells weird and not very noise proof. Toilet is clean but water is not too strong. I guess good for business trip.
