Beautiful resort with friendly and always helpful staff. Great location. There are many rooms, so you might have a bit of a walk to get to the beach, but there's an internal shuttle service available. They also offer a taxi service. Excellent international breakfast.

The room is nice spacious and has a big mirror. The slippers they provided were so sehr ft and comfortable! Breakfast starts super early and there are lots of different things to choose from. Location is great. Even tho there are bars close by, you cant hear any of that.

Hygiene: Upon check-in, I found an unknown stain on the bedsheets. There was also a foul-smelling ditch with all sorts of trash floating in front of the restaurant entrance. Service: The hotel staff themselves were fine, but on the last day, when we were being driven to the pier in the rain, the steps for getting in and out of the vehicle were extremely slippery. Two people slipped consecutively, and one child was badly injured, with a lot of blood on their spine. The child was in great pain, and the parents begged the driver to rush them to the hospital. However, the driver completely ignored them and just drove off. Not only was he irresponsible, but he was also cold-blooded and callous!!!

We should have been given a pool view room but were instead given a mountain view room so that was a disappointing start. However the room was well equipped and quiet. As the hotel has 2 sections, one on the beach side and another over the road in what feels like a different hotel, but you can call reception and the golf buggy collects you and takes you to the reception area. The section we were in had motorbike parking. The partition between balconies was terrible, you can see through to the next apartment, even if you are in the room so some lack of privacy. Breakfast was very good and you can see the beach/sea. Overall I would recommend - it is a good location for bars, restaurants etc and the section away from reception doesn't get road noise which is a massive plus in Thailand due to the awful engine noise from motorbikes etc.
