Four Points by Sheraton Singapore, Riverview

The location is decent, but the room is genuinely spacious. For Singapore, having such a large room offers incredible value for money. Disposable slippers and toiletries are provided, making it feel very similar to hotels in China.

Great value for money and convenient transportation. Breakfast was decent. The room had complimentary bottled mineral water, which is a nice touch and quite unique among hotels I've stayed at in Singapore. The room size was also good. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel facilities are quite old; the carpets and walls have aged stains, and there's a musty smell in the air. I asked the cleaning lady for an air freshener, which helped a bit. On the positive side, the Northeastern cleaning lady who came every day was truly amazing – she tried her best to fulfill any request! She cleaned very thoroughly! Breakfast was decent with a good variety. However, there was a female staff member, presumably responsible for refilling cutlery, who would carry a basin of cutlery and jiggle it with every step, tossing the cutlery into the air and letting it fall back down with a lot of noise. I really couldn't understand why she worked that way. It was annoying when she came out and made all that clattering noise while we were trying to enjoy a quiet breakfast.

It's a beautiful hotel with a great ambiance. Singapore hotels generally have good quality, so it's a shame I only stayed one night. Sheraton is a trustworthy brand. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance, though there aren't many dining options nearby.

Arrived early and couldn't check in yet, but the hotel staff kindly offered free luggage storage, which was a nice touch! The location is also great, and the breakfast spread was incredibly generous (I was too busy enjoying it to take photos 😆). It's about a 20-minute walk to the Merlion. The room was very comfortable. For a city as expensive as Singapore, this hotel offers excellent value for money. Highly recommend for short business trips or vacations!

The room was pretty good. The first room had a strange smell, but they changed it to a much better one. The service was also decent.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a subway and bus stop nearby, making it convenient to get anywhere. The front desk staff speak Chinese, as do the housekeeping staff, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel also has a gym and a swimming pool, and the breakfast is decent.
