The hotel is very close to the pier. I booked a bit late after landing, and the system couldn't find my information, so I had to wait a while during check-in. Luckily, they sorted it out for me. The room isn't huge, but it's fine for a short business stay. Breakfast was pretty good.

Hotels in Singapore are generally quite expensive, which is to be expected. My main issue with this hotel was the overwhelming number of Chinese tourists; the lobby was incredibly chaotic. Also, some of the bathroom facilities were broken and had to be replaced.

The room was clean and spacious, and the hotel's location was excellent. The breakfast area had a beautiful setting by the river. My stay was better than expected. While I read minor negative reviews at booking, there were lots of excellent reviews! So I decided to try as I am fans of Marriott Bonvoy. Everything were good as said. In particular, me and my husband were very satisfied with the water power, we enjoyed our shower every time, this is always on the top criterion for hotel staying. We'll definitely stay here again

The room is spacious, and the location is excellent. There's a bus stop right downstairs that goes straight to Universal Studios! Highly recommend.

Great value for money and convenient transportation. Breakfast was decent. The room had complimentary bottled mineral water, which is a nice touch and quite unique among hotels I've stayed at in Singapore. The room size was also good. I'd definitely consider staying here again.
