I would have given it full marks; most staff, including the general manager, were incredibly friendly. However, the deck staff last night were extremely rude. I requested a 30-minute extension for check-out, but he refused very unkindly, saying, "You booked through a platform, not directly through our hotel, so you can't extend your stay!" But this morning, when I asked the morning shift front desk, they immediately confirmed my request for a full-hour extension without hesitation. Shouldn't the ability to extend check-out be based on room occupancy, not on the booking method? Can't platform guests enjoy special services? This front desk staff seriously ruined my stay!

I stayed for two nights, and the breakfast was quite rich. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the city center, which makes getting around very convenient. There's a Cloud Top restaurant on the 20th floor, so it's best to just eat there in the evening rather than going out.
