The owner was on-site and it really felt like a “home” when you walked in and were greeted by her and the staff. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating.

The staff called a taxi asked us to pay them for it. We questioned that but they assured us that is what they did. Stood with us vouched for the taxi that came and then at the airport the taxi insisted we pay them and said “no the hotel wouldn’t pay them”?? A scam by hotel?

We loved Casa Natalia. Wonderful staff and it’s an adorable spot. Location is amazing. The restaurant is excellent, but we didn’t eat there much because the town has so many amazing spots within a few minutes walk.

This was a very quaint stay in the heart of San Jose. It's right within the arts district making every night something interesting and new.

Lovely little boutique hotel in a perfect location. Our room was great, the staff was super friendly, breakfasts were yummy and the pool and patio setting was very relaxing. Almost feels like you're staying at someone's (really nice, art-filled) home!

The restaurant and bar provided great food and beverage, along with friendly service from staff. We enjoyed the morning 'serve yourself coffee bar'. Room was very clean, AC worked well and decor fabulous. So glad to have a mini-fridge in the room and plenty seating for lounging and reading.

We really enjoyed this lovely hotel. We enjoyed the balcony with the hammock . The bed was comfy and food at the restaurant was excellent. The staff was so welcoming and attentive one of the best places we have stayed in Mexico.

Quiet location right on the art walk square. Lots to do around the hotel, if you don't want to chill out in the pool. Many food and drink options nearby but the happy hour was great and the restaurant is quite good. Very well taken care of an clean.

This is a lovely property on the historic square in San Jose. This small hotel is beautifully landscaped and well maintained, with a small dip pool in the middle. The rooms are very clean and modern. The bar overlooks the patio, and the wait staff are attentive.
