Pros:
• Free complimentary parking.
• Friendly, helpful, and efficient staff who resolved issues promptly.
• Convenient location with easy access to most places despite KL’s heavy traffic.
**Cons:
• Our first room was disappointing. The hallway was very dim, the room light suddenly went off by itself and wouldn’t turn back on, and the floor was sticky. As a superstitious Chinese person, it honestly gave me the chills. 😅 The staff quickly arranged a room change. The second room was better, but it still felt very dark at night even with all the lights switched on. I forgot to take a photo at night, so you’ll have to experience it yourself if you prefer a darker ambiance. The warm yellow lighting may suit those who prefer a cozy atmosphere, but it was too dim for us.
• Cleanliness was a MAJOR concern during our stay. The bed made both of us feel itchy, and my boyfriend even developed an allergic skin reaction (photo attached).
• None of the power sockets were working initially, but the staff responded quickly and sent an electrician to fix the issue.
• The hotel only has one lift, so expect to wait during peak hours.
Overall, the staff were excellent but the room condition, cleanliness, dim lighting and limited lift availability made our stay less enjoyable.
