Jen Singapore Orchardgateway by Shangri-La

Upgraded to a Club King room at the front desk's suggestion. It came with an extra sofa bed, which was great as my husband could sleep separately. We also had daily access to the executive lounge. Overall, the hotel is very good, especially its convenient location. Getting around by map, public transport, or taxi is incredibly easy. The nearby 123 bus goes directly to Sentosa, and it was nice to see local life along the way. Breakfast was standard, a bit crowded, but the large space made it manageable. The rooftop infinity pool was a big hit with the kids. Staff were friendly. We even went up to the rooftop to watch the sunrise the next morning 🌅.

The location is super convenient, with a subway station and bus stop right downstairs, making it easy to get to many places. The hotel also offers a direct shuttle service to Sentosa. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing, and my kids absolutely loved it.

Traveling independently in Singapore, the hotel's location is excellent. It's right above the Orchard Gateway Somerset MRT station, with a direct elevator to the front desk without even leaving the subway. Downstairs, there are shops and a food court. If you walk through the shopping mall and cross the road to the bus stop, bus 123 goes directly to Sentosa Island, which is cheap and quick. The room size is generally decent, and the pool on the 19th floor is perfect for relaxing and cooling off in the evening. Most of the front desk staff don't speak Chinese and can only communicate in English. I only encountered one lady who spoke Chinese, which could be a bit inconvenient for Chinese travelers who aren't fluent in English.

Excellent stay! The room had great air conditioning and was very clean. Housekeeping was fantastic, and towels were changed promptly. Breakfast was good too; while not super extensive, it had all the essentials: coffee, yogurt, bread, noodles, scrambled eggs, and even ice cream! Haha. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel is incredibly convenient, directly connected to a mall and right next to a subway exit, making it easy to get anywhere. The room itself is quite spacious, well-appointed, clean, and hygienic, with great attention to detail. It's definitely a top choice for a high-end hotel.

Getting here is easy: from the airport, take the Green Line to City Hall, then transfer to the Red Line and get off at Somerset. Both Exits B and C work, but I recommend C. After 10 PM, only Exit B is accessible. The hotel is conveniently located right above the MRT station. All the must-try spots are nearby, with Ya Kun and Mr. Coconut right downstairs from the hotel. They don't provide bottled water, but you don't need a travel adapter to charge your devices. The infinity pool on the 19th floor is perfect for kids. This hotel offers great value for money and I highly recommend it.

The hotel's location is super convenient, with the subway right next door. The front desk had a very kind young man who spoke Chinese and helped me out a lot. If I come back to Singapore, I'd definitely choose to stay here again.
