We had booked Hotel Jen Orchard Gateway for my birthday weekend staycation. Redeemed an additional room with my Circle points for my kids. Surprises were waiting for me in the room! Yin Yin, from Guest Relations, had the mirror so beautifully decorated with Birthday wishes, they had a cookie and a greeting card and more surprises in the fridge. There was a box of macarons and another cake sitting there! Wow! Felt so pampered with the gifts! When I was checking out, I was served by Yin Yin and her Manager, Fiona, both such nice ladies! When I recognised her as the Guest Relation who had decorated my room, I was so happy that I could thank her in person for making my birthday stay so memorable. The surprise didnt just end when I checked out, she gave me another box of Choc by Janice Wong! I felt so spoilt! The stay in Hotel Jen was really good, their breakfast spread was nice, live station for eggs, noodles … they changed some of the menu on the 2 mornings we were there. We didnt use the pool but we went up to check ot out .. it was located at the higher floor with such good view! Everything was so good, we would choose to staycay there again. Oh, if you want to use their lift and not wait too long, go to the one nearer to the recep, it served only 1, 8 (carpark) and 10 (lobby) .. a better choice cos the lift near to their restaurant, it serves all levels of the shoppping mall below thw hotel, can be quite a wait.
