We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Our check-in was delayed as the room was not ready on time, but the reception staff were very understanding and kindly allowed us to have a very late check-out instead. We really appreciated the gesture and their effort to make up for the inconvenience. Overall, we had a good experience and appreciated the friendly and accommodating service.

The room was comfortable, and I really loved the bathroom interior, it was clean and nicely designed. However, according to the booking confirmation, toiletries such as toothpaste and a toothbrush were supposed to be provided, but we couldn’t find them in the room. Overall, the stay was good, but there was one issue that really affected our sleep. There were a few flies inside the room, and they kept landing on our faces and bodies while we were sleeping. We woke up several times because of this, which was quite disturbing. Hopefully, the hotel can look into this issue and improve the room’s cleanliness and pest control. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely look forward to staying here again in the future.

Very disappointing stay. Poor and slow front desk service, with some staff being extremely rude and not pregnant-friendly. During dinner, I asked to sit in the air-conditioned area because I’m pregnant. There was a table for 4, so I asked if they could separate it for me. The senior staff refused and claimed 5 people had “booked” the table. Since when are buffet tables booked? When I went back for food, there were only 3 Malay girls sitting there. Another staff had initially told me I could sit there, but the senior staff later said he was new and “didn’t know about the booking.” Very rude and unprofessional. The pool was small and packed, there were no beach chairs, and no buggy from the beach back to the hotel — extremely tiring for a pregnant woman. The public toilets were also unfinished. Food was disappointing too. The meat, chicken, fish and noodle soup were basically the same as the previous night’s menu, which made me question the freshness. The location is very far, which would be fine if the overall experience was good, but unfortunately it wasn’t. Too many issues and definitely not a pregnant-friendly hotel. Very disappointing and would not recommend.

Perfect for couples who enjoy quiet and greenery. *What we loved:* - *Rooms & Ambience*: The corridors and rooms were super clean, serene, and well-kept. Beds were very comfortable. - *Facilities*: Toilet, vanity area, and iron board were all nicely set up on day 1. - *Location & Views*: The private beach, sunset views, and wind by the sea were absolutely beautiful. So peaceful. - *Staff*: The staff who attended to us were really nice and tried to help quickly. *Areas to improve:* - *Bathroom drainage*: After showering, the water was stagnant because of uneven flooring. We had to manually push the water out, which was a bit unpleasant. - *Housekeeping*: On the second day, the toilet wasn’t fully cleaned and disposable items like toothbrushes weren’t replenished. We had to call to request them. - *Breakfast*: Good variety overall, but some food was cold/dry and basic condiments like butter were missing. I understand the hotel is under new management so hopefully this gets sorted. - *Room service*: It would help to have 24-hour service as some rooms are quite far. Overall, we really liked the hotel and would recommend it for its peace and views. Just hope management works on the small details above. A quick apology/acknowledgement from staff would also go a long way. Would stay again!

We enjoyed the trip thoroughly spending an advanced birthday celebration for a family member. All in all, truly overjoyed in the trip.

Overall is ok. Need to have transport to go in and out of the hotel. Avoid rainy seasons as not enough buggies to ferry customers around.
