Aden Hotel Shenzhen Nanshan

The room had a great view, with a partial ocean view, and the room temperature and scent were just right. The only minor issue was that it felt a bit warm when returning to the room and required the AC to run for a bit to cool down. The young lady at the front desk was so lovely; she was quite petite yet insisted on helping me with my luggage. Thank you so much, I truly felt her warmth.

Fantastic! The hotel arranged a high floor for me, and right behind it is a hiking trail. I stayed right around the Double Ninth Festival and went hiking right after checking out. The hotel's location is perfect for a urban getaway. The service strikes the right balance—warm yet respectful of personal space, perfectly suited to modern needs. And the sunlight was simply amazing.

A wonderful hotel in a beautiful setting, with an especially stunning night view. Located at the foot of Mount Dananshan, it offers a quiet accommodation environment and clean, well-kept rooms. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and provided 10/10 service. Situated right opposite Sea World and close to the K11 Art Mall, shopping and sightseeing are super convenient. All the hotel staff were friendly, and the facilities are fully equipped. The lunch and dinner were delicious. I would definitely stay here again!

Please note that the twin beds in this hotel cannot be pushed together. However, the front desk mentioned that they have pre-combined beds called "Hollywood rooms" where you can book a spacious 2.9-meter king-size bed. Outside, you can see a villa area—it really screams wealth—nestled right at the foot of Shekou Mountain. The overall service was quite good. We stayed here to catch a flight to Hong Kong the next day and headed straight to the ferry terminal; it was just a starting-fare taxi ride away.

First time staying at this hotel upon a friend's recommendation, and it was a wonderful experience. The front desk staff were extremely warm and detailed during check-in; full marks for service! I really loved the room's decor and style. The breakfast buffet on the 27th floor offers a great variety, which is a big plus compared to other hotels. The view from the 27th floor is fantastic, overlooking both the mountains and the sea—with Dananshan Mountain in the back and Sea World across—it's so beautiful and peaceful. The facilities are fully equipped. Highly recommended!

The hotel has a great location—nestled in a quiet spot despite being in the bustling center, with plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean and offered a sea view. I stayed here for 3 business trips and it was extremely comfortable. Also, a big thank you to Sam Yao at the front desk; I had a meeting at noon and couldn't leave, so he specially helped me arrange a late check-out. Highly recommended!

The hotel lobby is clean and comfortable. After getting upgraded to a preferred room, the 270-degree window view was fantastic. The front desk staff were very attentive. Highly recommended!

The rooms are clean and tidy with complete facilities, making for a comfortable stay. Whether for travel or relaxation, the experience is consistently reliable, with no unpleasant surprises.
