Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston/Cambridge-Arlington

Excellent stay at Home Wood Suites.   We love the location and the atmosphere of hotel is perfect. The breakfast every morning is great. We have been return guests a few times a year from at least 5 years now.  Never a problem or bad experience. 5 stars and plan to return next month.

We have stayed here before .Ot is a very good location for us and the staff is all wonderful and helpful.It is a pleasure to deal with the management .The management was very nice .He move us from one room to another we were in since they had issue with older bathroom that needed repair and cleanliness .Mr Torres who was very professional and responsive made sure that we were well taking care of and we appreciated it .The breakfast was also delicious and the staff so nice ,keeping everything replenished and helpful .This is our hotel now when we go to Boston /Cambridge area .Thank you Homewood and Mr Melvin Torres for making our stay pleasurable.

Planned early on and booked our exact room type, a two queen studio suite. Price paid room confirmed. Upon check in, front desk says nothing about room change or availability. Entered the room, figured it was a one queen room. Called the front desk, told us our room type was over sold and this was the only room we can get. No apologies, no upgrade, no compensation, no shame. Only solution is “you can talk to the manager tomorrow morning”. Had to have phone and in-app conversation with our travel agent for 2 hours to finally reach some compromise. And had to stick with the wrong room type. Facilities are ok. But hotel service is terrible.

We liked the location, and especially the free covered car park which was simply awesome. Check in check out was smooth. The kitchenette was great and they had a big fridge. Felt home. Downsides: Breakfast only till 9. I thought that was too early to close. It was -2C outside and our air heater dint work. Asked for tech support and they said theres wasnt anyone available. No one came next day either. We with our kids slept with our winter jackets on. If only the heater worked, I had no complains at all!

My daughter was most satisfied with this hotel compared to the one we stayed at the night before and the one from two nights ago.
