We chose this hotel for our family trip, and the room was spacious and clean, with a quiet environment. Lulu at the front desk provided attentive and thoughtful service, and the location was convenient for getting around. We were all very satisfied with our stay, and the overall value for money is excellent. It's highly recommended, and we'd definitely consider staying here again next time.

I highly recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton Chengdu Riverside! My stay was absolutely perfect. Alex at check-in was incredibly efficient, professional, and provided excellent service. This is definitely the top choice for anyone traveling to Chengdu for business or leisure. The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk to Shanbanqiao Metro Station, and close to Eastern Suburb Memory and Longfor Binjiang Tianjie. All rooms offer stunning panoramic views of the city's eastern skyline at night, creating an incredible ambiance.

The hotel's location was perfect for our activities. The facilities are new, the hygiene is good, the environment is great, and the service is excellent. There are also many dining options nearby.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and Xiao Zhou handled check-in and check-out efficiently. It's conveniently located with easy access to food, drinks, and transportation. The facilities are great and it's quiet without being noisy. It offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely prioritize staying here next time.

The most pleasant surprise during this stay was Nicole at the front desk. Whether it was pre-arrival inquiries or checking in, she was incredibly patient and never rushed despite being busy. She proactively helped us with an upgrade, guided us to our room, and informed us about the elevator and breakfast location. Her sincerity and kindness made us feel right at home instantly, without any stiff formalities. The overall experience was fantastic, and it's definitely a place worth returning to.

Staying at this hotel was such a heartwarming experience. The freshly baked cookies were incredibly soft and melted in my mouth. My high-floor room had amazing natural light and a well-designed wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, and the variety of pillows ensured a perfect night's sleep. The gym on the 31st floor was fully equipped, allowing me to work out and enjoy the view simultaneously. From the front desk to room service, everyone was polite and attentive. The duty manager, Alex, really impressed me with his thoughtful attention to detail. This hotel is perfect for both family trips and business travel, offering great value for money. I highly recommend staying here when you visit Chengdu!

I booked this room last minute for a short road trip with my parents and child. Thankfully, staff member Xiao Sun was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. Our original room didn't have great natural light, and Xiao Sun, considering my parents' daily routine, kindly upgraded us to a better room for free since there were vacancies. My parents felt a bit unwell and needed hot water and some disposable toiletries. After calling the front desk, Xiao Sun delivered them to our room immediately. The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and exploring. The room was clean with no strange smells, and the soundproofing was great – my child slept soundly through the night without any disturbances. The breakfast buffet was fresh and abundant, offering good value for money. This entire family trip was smooth and pleasant, and Xiao Sun's meticulous service was an unexpected delight.
