Spacious room, clean, tidy and modern. Location super convenient with good shops and good restaurants right in front. Housekeeping cleaning was on the top daily. Important all our needs will be met. :)

Finally had a chance to stay here. located at upper hills with many eateries and shopping. room is clean and comes with a bidet. service by front desk is excellent. will definitely want to come back here if i am around shenzhen.

Enjoyed our 3 nights here in Muji Shenzhen! Loved the amenities and the muji products in the room (snacks, diffuser, bedroom slippers) etc. the location of the hotel was perfect, just right next to upper hills Shenzhen, and with loads of nearby malls too! The staff were all nice and helpful, and we loved that they gave up souvenirs to remember our stay. Will definitely love to return to Muji Shenzhen!

Had an overall great stay at Muji Hotel Shenzhen! The signature minimalist design creates a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The room was clean, well-thought-out, and equipped with quality Muji amenities. Staff service was attentive and check-in was smooth. At this price point, we were disappointed that MUJI HOTEL Shenzhen did not offer a self-service laundry room or coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Having stayed at many hotels across China, including MUJI HOTEL Beijing, which provides complimentary self-service laundry facilities, this was an unexpected inconvenience. I appreciate MUJI’s minimalist philosophy of removing unnecessary items while prioritising comfort and practicality. However, washing machines and dryers are essential amenities for travellers, especially after a packed itinerary or during longer stays. While paid laundry through an external vendor is available, it is less convenient, takes longer time and adds extra cost. I hope the hotel will reconsider this aspect of its facilities. Minimalism should simplify the guest experience, not make everyday necessities more difficult or expensive. However the staff very friendly and nice, professional. The hotel room and design is amazing.

Perfect stay in MuJI hotel!!! Love the quiet and clean room, love the privacy too! Location is perfect and link to the mall with lots of food. Definitely will come back to MUJI hotel for sure and MuJI hotel have provide the best service with my delivery and purchase. I love MuJI hotel 😍😍

My stay at MUJI Hotel Shenzhen was so comfortable. The minimalist wood design, free of clutter, paired with a subtle natural scent, made it very peaceful. The room was clean, the bedding was soft, and all the amenities were from MUJI itself. Located in UpperHills, it’s super convenient for shopping and dining just downstairs. The service was warm and attentive, with a wonderfully laid-back pace. It’s a rare oasis of relaxation right in the bustling city. I’d love to stay here again next time I visit Shenzhen.
