Excellent in every way. Food, cleaning and care taking. Staff is very friendly and you feel that you almost know each other.

Self contained very well thought out apart hotel . Its extremely clean , very spacious extremely well built in with perfect amenities all mod cons . Spectacular SEA VIEWS right by Alanya seaside promanade esp SUNSET from the BALCONY . Very helpful very polite front desk / reception staff named EREN. he speaks very good English.

Staying at this hotel was a real pleasure. From the very first day, we were delighted by the beautiful surroundings, ideal for walking and relaxing. The food served in the restaurant was of a very high standard, varied and always fresh, every meal was a little feast. However, we were most impressed by the service. The ladies responsible for cleaning were not only very professional, but also extremely friendly and smiling, taking care of our comfort every day with great commitment. The entire hotel staff deserves praise, but special mention should be made of the waiter named Serdal. His positive attitude, sense of humor, and ability to create a great atmosphere meant that every evening ended with a smile on our faces. I can confidently recommend this hotel to anyone who values high-quality service and a friendly atmosphere.

The food was delicious and of high quality. A big plus was that we could order food from the regular menu at the snack bar. The rooms were renovated and very clean, and the service was excellent, especially Serdal, who was friendly, made us laugh, and totally won our hearts!

I really liked the hotel, food and Serdal service. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is interested in peaceful time.

Panorama is one of the best hotels i’ve been at. Sea is really close and the beach is tidy with soft sand. Near the sea is snack bar with delicious food (the best I’ve eaten when it comes to snack bars). Drinks were really great. Food at the restaurant was one of the best from all inclusive hotels I’ve been at. Everything was fresh and everyone could choose something for themselves. Rooms look really good and modern and are always really clean. Staff is the best. I’ve never been in a hotel with so nice, kind and professional staff. They all keep the area very tidy and the their service is really great, but the one I want to highlight is Serdal. He is the best waiter in the whole world. He is very kind and professional, on the second maybe third day we don’t have to tell him what we want because he exactly remembers our orders (from 9 people!). Serdal was definitely the best part of our vacation.

Rooms are clean and really comfortable, food is amazing and hotel staff is really nice, especially Serdal from the Pool Bar who is the nicest waiter I had chance to meet, he really is trying his best to make your vacation even better.

Serdal from the Pool Bar ist the Best worker at the whole Hotel. He is so good. I think every Hotel needs a worker like him. I was in many Hotels in turkey and I Never had a so good and Funny worker like him!
