The Gems Mining Pool Villas Pattaya

Very good overall, but the cleaning under the beds, sofa, and furniture was neglected, which is a shame. For the first two nights, we booked a room with a jacuzzi, but it wasn't working. We didn't receive any discount or compensation, so we paid for three days of a service we didn't get. It's a pity they didn't offer any compensation proactively. Otherwise, the staff is excellent, professional, and very pleasant. The location is beautiful, and the general service is very good. The rooms with private pools and direct pool access rooms are exceptionally good.

Our first time here and we were so impressed! We came for our wedding anniversary with our 5-year-old, and the service and care we received were exceptional. The room was lovely. We ordered BBQ to our room, and it was so worth it – very generous portions. Breakfast was great, and the pool was fantastic. Every single staff member, from every department, was incredibly welcoming. Thank you for making our special day even more memorable! This will definitely be our family's go-to hotel from now on. We used to stay at other 5-star hotels, but from now on, every trip must include The Gems Mining 🤍

Overall, we were very satisfied, especially with the pool access room. The kids absolutely loved playing in the pool and didn't want to leave. The hotel also provided plenty of water toys for guests. Additionally, bicycles and electric scooters were available for rent. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, with the noodle soup being particularly delicious. There were also many options for kids, including pasta, donuts, and ice cream. The only downside is that the location is a bit far from the city center, but it definitely gives more of a vacation feel.

The hotel service was excellent and very clean. When I booked, I mentioned it was for a birthday celebration, and the hotel decorated the room simply, gave us a complimentary birthday cake, and even provided candles and matches! The room itself had a private pool, and we upgraded to a floating breakfast, which the staff thoughtfully arranged in the pool for us! If I get a chance to visit Pattaya again, I'll definitely stay at this hotel.

Loved this hotel! We booked a room with direct pool access, which was super convenient. The grounds are huge and beautifully maintained; we only used golf carts to get around. Breakfasts were good. My son absolutely loved the donuts and waffles with Nutella. Oh, and it was my son's birthday during our stay, and they even surprised us with a cake!

We stayed in room 502, a three-bedroom suite with a central swimming pool. There's also a large red pool right in front of the room. It sleeps 6 people, with an additional 2 allowed, totaling 8 people. There's a bathtub in the room. Complimentary amenities provided by the hotel included 6 macarons, 1 Happy Birthday cake, 6 glasses of punch, an excellent minibar, and a baby cot. We even got extra drinking water upon request before checking out, which was great, but you need to inform the hotel beforehand. Booking through Trip.com allowed for a very late check-out. We checked in at 3 PM and checked out at 3 PM, which was fantastic. **Atmosphere**: Lots of trees, very refreshing. **Cleanliness**: Very clean, and the air conditioning was wonderfully cold. **Hotel Location**: Right by the road. **Breakfast**: Served in a large room, delicious, with plenty of food options and a neutral taste. **Service**: Absolutely excellent! All staff members were polite from check-in to check-out. The driver service was always available and very helpful. I highly commend them! **Activities**: There are many large swimming pools, including a saltwater pool. The activities were great, and the kids had so much fun and were very happy. The staff were helpful in finding things for them. There are bicycles to ride, a Sen Onsen, a fitness center, and a sauna.

The staff are lovely and provide excellent service! Every time I visit, I'm always impressed.
