Rosewood Guangzhou

Right next to IFC, this hotel is on the 100th floor with amazing views. You can see Zhujiang New Town and Haixinsha. The decor is elegant, and the lobby is on the 90-something floor. The parking lot was dark at night as the lights weren't on. Overall, a great experience.

I have to give a shout-out to Winston at the front desk for his attentive and thoughtful service! When I checked in, he proactively upgraded me to a room with an amazing view, a floor-to-ceiling window directly facing the Canton Tower – absolutely stunning. He also kindly brought a sweet welcome cake, which was a lovely touch. Knowing I wanted to visit a popular spot, he even reserved a viewing table for me at the Chi醉 bar in advance, saving me the hassle of queuing. The hotel facilities are top-notch, and the staff are incredibly responsive. My entire experience was fantastic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Guangzhou!

For this birthday celebration, among MO, Rosewood, and Four Seasons, I chose Four Seasons. Unexpectedly, the experience was even better than I imagined. The staff were all very responsible and polite. Knowing it was our anniversary, they even prepared a souvenir gift and a small cake. Winstom, in particular, was incredibly attentive! When we checked out, we had a lot of bags, making it difficult to go downstairs, and he provided exceptionally thoughtful service. The hotel environment also met my expectations. The only regret was the cloudy weather. I'll definitely come back next time!

Perched high in the East Tower, the Rosewood Guangzhou offers rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows boasting breathtaking views of the Pearl River and Canton Tower. The New Chinese aesthetic is elegant and refined, and the high-altitude swimming pool is exquisite. Service is attentive and thorough, and the dining is top-notch.

Our room directly faced the Canton Tower, and the weather was fantastic, offering an unobstructed view. The Pearl River night scene was absolutely beautiful. The afternoon tea looked great too! Our butler, Winston, arranged the highest room for us, and the restaurant booking went smoothly. The special dessert they prepared was also delicious. Overall, it was a really good stay!

The hotel environment is fantastic, located on a high floor with convenient and beautiful views of Canton Tower, the city, and the river. The hotel pool is very comfortable and immaculately clean. The concierge and front desk staff were incredibly helpful, proactively assisting with luggage and even delivering it to the room.

Had a staycation day at Rosewood! Big thanks to Winston for the thoughtful arrangements. The room view was fantastic, and communication throughout was efficient and pleasant. All three room service deliveries arrived much faster than the estimated time, and they're available 24/7. The bathroom's fixtures and fittings were great to use; it was very comfortable to sit and do makeup there, and the toiletries were also excellent. The only thing was that I couldn't find a comb in the amenity kit. Funnily enough, I stumbled upon one in a box in the restaurant's restroom the next morning, haha! 😂 Of course, if anything was missing or needed in the room, they were very quick to respond and provide it. The pillows here were a bit high and soft for me, but I was a bit lazy to request a change. I bet the square blocks on this grapefruit cake are designed to look like the square pillows in the room – so cute! 😁

The views at Rosewood Guangzhou are truly stunning, and the restaurant's food and presentation are both excellent. I've stayed here several times this year and overall, it's always a great experience, definitely worth coming back to! A big thank you to Winston for arranging such a fantastic room for my check-in and for the thoughtful sweet treats. The interior design makes very clever use of space, which is fantastic.

Traveling with friends, we chose this hotel and it was a great decision. The location is super convenient for shopping and dining. The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we'll definitely be back!
