Ugh, this was my first time staying at such a terrifying hotel. I was sleeping in the middle of the night and someone kept ringing my doorbell. It was 1 AM, and they'd ring it, then pause, then ring it again. My heart nearly stopped from fright. The room had absolutely no soundproofing! 😫 The upstairs neighbors were talking loudly on the phone, moving tables and chairs around on the floor. The noise was so bad I couldn't sleep all night. Even the staff came up, but they only heard the thumping sounds and couldn't pinpoint where they were coming from. Seriously speechless. No solution either. They said they'd changed the sheets, but there was still a dirty stain on them, so I had to ask for another change. Housekeeping struggled for ages to get it off, I guess the washing machine couldn't even remove it. I tried to call customer service, but there wasn't even a landline in the room. No bottled water either, but that's fine, I wasn't thirsty. It was just the noise! I rarely leave reviews, but this hotel really doesn't live up to its name.

Excellent value for money. The hotel is very well located and clean. The staff are welcoming and the facilities are well-maintained. I highly recommend it for a pleasant stay.

This was my second time staying here, and I love the convenient location. It's really close to the MRT station, and you can easily walk to Merdeka Square. The facilities are great too. I'd definitely consider this hotel again on my next trip to KL.
