The room attendant did a great job cleaning every day and replenishing supplies. The hotel has a small terrace with fish, which is a lovely environment. Since I didn't have much luggage, I was okay with a small room. However, the phone charger was constantly falling out; it simply wouldn't stay plugged in. The soundproofing was also really bad; I could hear the neighbors talking, and when they started playing music in the middle of the night, there was no way I was going to get any sleep.

Location is great as it was really close to the city center and the pedestrian streets. Room was small but comfortable enough, good for a short stay before traveling to other cities. The only downside was the hotel is located on the third floor of the building, so it’s quite a struggle carrying a heavy suitcase up there.

It's okay, I suppose. You definitely get what you pay for. Overall, the location is decent enough. The only drawback is that it's quite a walk to the metro station, but a quick tram ride quickly solves that. Picture the tiny, subdivided flats in Hong Kong – it's pretty much like that. My kids planned this whole trip, so we weren't too picky.

Location: perfect! Walking distance to kunming old streets was about 5-7min. Complete amenities, comfortable! Although the room was pretty small and smell cigarettes heavily but overall still okay if just for a night stay. Highly recommended!

Very tiny room. Only for 1 night it's ok. Room is clean, no elevator!!! Hotel receptionist at 3rd floor, and my room at 4th floor ☹️ Near kunming old street only 10 minutes walking.
