Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The first room was not clean, and we found a large cockroach in the bathroom, which was completely unacceptable.
The staff moved us to another room, and we appreciate that effort. However, the second room had a strong cigarette smoke smell, making it uncomfortable to stay in.
The only positive part of our experience was the breakfast, which was delicious and offered a good variety of food.
Considering this hotel is located in Abdali Boulevard, where you would expect a much higher standard of service and cleanliness, the overall experience was far below expectations. The hotel is not clean, the rooms need much better maintenance, and the price is absolutely not justified by the quality of the stay. It is significantly overpriced for what it offers.
Unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
