THE ABDALI BOULEVARD HOTEL by IHG

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The first room was not clean, and we found a large cockroach in the bathroom, which was completely unacceptable. The staff moved us to another room, and we appreciate that effort. However, the second room had a strong cigarette smoke smell, making it uncomfortable to stay in. The only positive part of our experience was the breakfast, which was delicious and offered a good variety of food. Considering this hotel is located in Abdali Boulevard, where you would expect a much higher standard of service and cleanliness, the overall experience was far below expectations. The hotel is not clean, the rooms need much better maintenance, and the price is absolutely not justified by the quality of the stay. It is significantly overpriced for what it offers. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

Despite the great location, everything else was very bad! It was surly the worst hotel experience I ever had!

The issue this hotel has many locations buildings at the same area and its not clear in which building you will stay and you have to run from one to another to find your building
