The rooms are as consistently good as ever, with excellent soundproofing, breakfast, ambiance, and service. The hotel's location is also superb. Highly recommend!

Thanks to the lovely front desk staff for upgrading my room. The room was fantastic! Full of thoughtful details, and the decor style was exactly to my liking. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen! I loved being able to choose the scent for the aroma diffuser… having a foot bath… and complimentary herbal tea… The afternoon tea and late-night snacks were a great touch! The only thing I feel needs improvement is the speed of room service. The delivery robot for takeout was quite slow, and laundry service was also slow. Any requests made to housekeeping also received a slow response.

My stay at the Sahe Hotel was incredibly comfortable overall. The moment I walked in, I was drawn to the refreshing pomelo scent, which felt very luxurious and instantly eased the fatigue from my travels. The room cleaning was meticulous, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and for supper, they had freshly made noodle soup, oden, and steamed dim sum – a bowl of hot soup at night was truly warming and comforting. Ms. Changqing, who checked us in, was very thoughtful; we got our room cards in less than five minutes, and she even helped decorate our room, which was a lovely touch. The mini-bar was well-stocked, and the toiletries were Le Labo, showing attention to detail everywhere. Plus, the hotel is right above a subway station and parking lot. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

I was very satisfied with the room; it included breakfast, late-night snacks, and afternoon tea. The service attitude was also excellent, and I particularly liked Miss Changqing, who was very attentive to our needs. The hotel is conveniently located right above a subway station and a shopping mall. The aromatherapy scent was also very pleasant. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Shenzhen. Highly recommended!

I brought my mom here, and she was absolutely thrilled! 🥰 The 'Oriental Wellness' theme really hit the spot for older folks. My family lives in Shenzhen, and this was our first time booking a hotel for a staycation. My mom and I both find traveling tiring, so it was serendipitous that we found Saahe, a hotel focused on 'breathing and healing.' For just over a thousand yuan, it's all-inclusive with food and lodging. We ate well, slept soundly – the Atour sleep products are indeed excellent. We also booked a sound bowl meditation class, which was incredibly worthwhile! Choosing a room fragrance is a unique touch; I absolutely adore 'Pine Ash Star River' and even bought some online after we got back from the hotel. Plus, there's a free laundry service! A lifesaver for lazy people! I brought some accumulated dirty laundry, and it was washed quickly, cleanly, and smelled great. No more worrying about not having time to do laundry on weekends when I'm not home. I wholeheartedly give Saahe my best review! 🥰

The hotel room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with a mall downstairs and bus/subway stops right outside, making public transport super convenient. If you're driving, parking is free – just give them your license plate number for quick processing. The hotel also offers laundry service, which was a huge convenience. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. Our butler, Chen Wei, provided attentive and thoughtful service throughout our stay, responding quickly to any requests. Highly recommended!
