Check-in was quick and the front desk staff were friendly. The room had great natural light and good ventilation. The bathroom featured a dry and wet separation design and was fully stocked with toiletries. Hot water came out quickly with a stable temperature. Staying for two nights was completely hassle-free and comfortable.

There are many benefits of staying here that I can name. I want to start with service and say that the staff and receptionists are outstanding. They helped us with our baggage and presented themselves with full respect and were very welcoming. A big plus they were always willing to help us with anything in regards to our stay. Going forward the room was very clean and gave off the Disney vibe that sparked our excitement for Disneyland and made our stay more comfortable. A bonus to these great services is they gave us a room upgrade which was an editional benefit to the hospitality and the shuttle bus service provided to go to Disneyland and the airport. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Shanghai Disneyland. I’m very impressed and satisfied with this Hotel. A final note, Thank you to the staff for your service and hospitality I really appreciate it. Kind Thanks and Regards.

The hotel service was fantastic. The front desk helped with our luggage and escorted us to our room. Free parking is available, and the location is very convenient. There are plenty of great food options right outside the hotel, making it ideal for late-night snack lovers. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was quite good too. Great value for money!

The room was great and beautiful, very close to Disneyland, and there's a shuttle service every day! My baby had a blast, playing on the slide back and forth, and even after getting to Disneyland, she was still thinking about going back to play on the slide! It was very clean. I recommend everyone to stay for two nights, watch the fireworks, and then come back to sleep. It's so convenient! Next time we come to Disneyland, we'll definitely book this place again.

Very disappointing experience. The hotel is very far from the city and located in a poor and dirty area. There was visible mould in the bathroom and shower area. Staff were unhelpful and ignored my requests for assistance. When I escalated the issues to the manager, instead of trying to resolve them, they contacted Trip.com to cancel the remaining nights of my booking. Very poor customer service and not an experience I would recommend. Look at the view
