The location is great and the view is nice but my room wasn’t very clean and they couldn’t provide basic amenities, like a toothbrush. Not bad to stay in for a night or two. Within walking distance to Petra and lots of restaurants.

Good facility, friendly and helpful staff. Location is slightly off on a hill with 12mins walk to Petra visitor center.

Petra hasn't had many tourists lately, and there were only three of us staying at the hotel. I guess the management is a bit lax, because the room wasn't very clean. They prepared breakfast especially for us, and it was quite plentiful.

This hotel isn't large, and the price isn't high either. Initially, I was a little uneasy, worried about hygiene, but the hotel turned out to be exceptionally clean. It was very clean, with all the necessary facilities, and crucially, every corner was spotless. Everyone's service was excellent. Although the front desk staff were older, they were very attentive. As soon as we arrived, they arranged everything for us: dinner, lunch to pack for our outings, how we planned our activities, transportation, and even our return trip to Amman. The price was also very reasonable. Their thoughtful service meant that as soon as we dropped off our luggage, all our problems were solved, allowing us to relax and enjoy our trip. Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel and would recommend it to Chinese tourists, especially considering the reasonable price. Also, the night view from the hotel is beautiful.
