Pretty good! The location is excellent, convenient with plenty of food, drink, and entertainment options nearby, yet it's surprisingly quiet. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The staff were warm, attentive, and very responsive to requests. Breakfast offered a great variety. It's fantastic value for money, I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

It’s quite a large resort hotel and very suitable for families with children. My son really loved their swimming pool and water slides. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. There is a wide variety of breakfast options, and it can get quite crowded during breakfast time. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, making the location very convenient.

Great service and provided us with early check in by 12pm. Rooms provides beach/ pool towel, umbrella, beach bag etc , and kids club was awesome and our son especially loves the Muay Thai class. The lady in charged in kids club Cindy was friendly and I even saw her carrying/ babysitting a little who was sleeping in kids club. Definitely recommend this hotel for family with kids.

Hotel very nice, great for family with small kids. 3 slides keep the kids in the pool all day.. buffet is great value for money. Rooms are clean and modern. Staff is very helpful

The room was a bit small, but the balcony and bathroom were very spacious. Plus, both the room and public areas were incredibly clean during our stay. It was much better than I expected, as I was initially swayed by some negative online reviews. All in all, if I visit Phuket again, I'll definitely rebook here. It's an excellent family-friendly hotel, with a convenient water park and nearby facilities. The staff were also very welcoming and enthusiastic.

It was the best stay ever! Place was beautiful! Breakfast was good! Walking distance to the beach and all the good food! There’s laundry service just at the entrance of the hotel! Pool was awesome! We stayed 4 days and really didn’t want to leave! 😂😂😂The place was even more beautiful than the pictures we saw online!
