The hotel is a bit old and could do with some refurbishing, but it does the job. Hence, I will still come back because of the location to Seoul Station for my KTX rides.

This is our choice hotel whenever we visit Seoul. We love the convenient location, which is a short walk to Seoul Station. Everything we need is within walking distance. Love the sunset view from our room too.

No matter where you want to go, the location is very good. The hotel is located in the central transportation area. You can walk to take different subway lines. Even if you take KTX and GTX, you can walk to the station without transferring. Secondly, there are convenience stores, fried chicken shops and coffee shops downstairs of the hotel. It is especially recommended if you go to Gaoyang to watch the concert, because it can be reached by GTX only 17mins which is very convenient!

It's super convenient for Seoul Station. However, after 9 PM local time, finding food was a bit difficult, with only convenience stores available. It's a good choice if you're planning to take the KTX early the next morning. They also require a 50,000 KRW deposit for one night.

It has direct walking access from Seoul AREX station but it is a 10-15 minutes walk. Possible with luggage. Weather proof. We chose to stay in the deluxe room with bathtub. Room size is at least not small but I do not consider it big. The bathtub was disappointingly small. Other than that, we are happy with the condition of the room and thanks to the reception staff, she asked if we prefer view of Seoul station which comes with noise from multitudes of trains OR the other side which is quieter but may have view into other buildings. We chose the quiet option. It turned out to be nice open view please see the photo! The hotel is close to Seoul station which has the Lotte Hypermart! No need to go anywhere else to hunt for bargains!

The stay was pleasant overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a comfortable experience.
