Eagle House Motel

We stayed in the Two Bedroom Apartment. Perfect location and with a free parking space. The apartment was clean and all the small things in the kitchen were provided. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The room came stocked with plenty of extra towels and washcloths. The stairs to enter the two bedroom apartment are steep, but being on the upper level was nice with many windows and the views were more peaceful and private and it has a private outdoor patio the other rooms don't have. It was only a 2 minute walk to Main Street, Front Beach, and a nice coffee shop where you can grab breakfast.

Stayed here for two nights as we spent Labor Day weekend in the area. Check-in and out was extremely easy, motel owners are very responsive. Rooms were mostly clean (just some surface dust in a few areas) and the beds were a little too springy. Otherwise, very nice stay.

This was a great, little motel in a very convenient, central location. Great service from the staff, very helpful and very friendly. Clean!

Really enjoyed my stay at the Eagle House Motel. It's close to the downtown and the beach is a 5 min walk away. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a microwave and fridge. The beds were plushy and the pillows were Amazing! I did not expect a motel to have Purple pillows. I would literally rebook just because they invested in decent pillows. THANK YOU!!

We have stayed at Eagle House every time we visit Rockport. It changed owners a few years back and it’s better than ever. The now-owners renovated it with attention to detail. It’s beautifully appointed, from the grounds to the rooms to the amenities. They even have a “guest closet” that has help yourself supplies such as toiletries, coffee pods and creamers, tissues, cutlery and dinnerware, wineglasses and openers, beach towels, and even umbrellas. Their staff should be commended, as well, because they’re extremely attentive and communicative. The location is perfect, less than a minute walk to Front Beach, and a very short walk to the center of town. It’s located adjacent to a church, and the neighborhood is residential and quiet. Close enough to the hubbub, but far enough to feel like you’re in a little pocket of heaven. Rockport is our “happy place”, and we will always stay at Eagle House. It really is a hidden gem.

The two bedroom suite was well appointed. They thought of everything. It was clean and layed out well, and seemed like it was recently renovated. It came with a huge deck, which was a nice surprise. It was in a great location. Quiet, but walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I look forward to staying there again. Contactless check in was easy and worked well. They communicated via text to let us know about parking and anything else we needed to know.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I made an error in my reservation and they were quick to help me make adjustments. Thay saved the last w days of my trip!

We were here for a small trip for fishing and watching whales. The room was very clean and neat. Location is amazing, you can walk to plenty of restaurants easily. It has free parking which was helpful as we had a rental car. The owners were super accommodating as our flight to Boston was getting in super late. They made sure we could check in even with the late hour. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay for a visit to rockport. The location was perfect!! Check-in was very easy and parking was very convenient!
