This was advertised as a two-star hotel and that's pretty much what it was. It was clean but that's about all I can say about the bedrooms. The gardens however are incredible. Our lunch was solid, but breakfast was wanting. They only offered us a western breakfast... what the cambodians ended up with at the next table looked much better.

Quiet hotel that was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The gardens and pool were lovely. The staff were very kind. We had a very nice dinner of Khmer cuisine. If you are in the area to visit Prasat Preah Vihear (which is wonderful) this hotel is conveniently located close by.

This hotel was probably very good 20years ago. Maintenance is neglible: pool water green Bathroom door doesn’t catch Rain shower head sprays horizontally Broken fittings etc etc Staff friendly but not over efficient Food basic Not much else in Preah Vihear unfortunately.

Reviews from 2020 describe the need for some major refurbishment for this hotel. Nothing has changed. TV and fridge in the room didn't work, it was hard to close the bathroom door, soap scum in the shower had not been cleaned for some time and the rest of the room wasn't particularly clean either. Breakfast was poor. I guess there is little or no competition so they don't see the need to improve.

Our booking was long standing, but it was only on our arrival that we were told that the entire hotel had been thrown over to a large party and that they would not be able to cater for us! Further, we would not be allowed to use the hotel facilities after 4pm! Had it not been for our guide and driver taking us out to eat, I'm uncertain how we would have coped? We were put in a room far enough away from the party so as to be quiet, but the room was barely adequate! We did get breakfast in the morning, which did little to redeem the awful service provided.

The pool is green, the floor around the pool is rotten, with rusty nails, there are trash cans on the way to our rooms. I wondered if the steps would hold. We can see through the entrance door to our room. The shower floor has no slope and no grout, and the faucets are rusty, resulting in a bathtub after a shower. The staff are in flip-flops and football shirts. Tiles are falling from the roof. It's a shame that such a beautiful hotel was left in this state.

Room facing a swimming pool, not practical because there are so many things in the background. Quiet, we are almost alone. Comfortable bed but bathroom that has been used. Average breakfast. Not even fresh fruit juice. And the fruits are not great either.

Yes the hotel could do with renovations, but it is clean, comfortable and the pool is very nice, without algae contrary to the comments I have read. The breakfast is simple but good (fried eggs coffee/tea bread jam butter and fruit plate).

terrible I would say. Dirty room, terrible and dirty bathroom, I only say that a friend found a frog in the bathroom, I instead only 3 large spiders! Terrible breakfast, at the reception at 10 pm everyone disappeared. The only positive side is the proximity to the magnificent temple.
