The water park was a lot of fun, and the ocean-view balcony was so relaxing. The weather was pleasantly warm, and the ceiling fan design by the floor-to-ceiling windows was a very clever touch. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the bed was so comfortable I slept right through until morning. The staff were all extremely friendly, the food at the hotel restaurants was quite delicious, and the room rate offered great value for money. I'll definitely come back here to unwind if I get the chance.

Overall, I was quite satisfied and there's no need to nitpick over minor details. However, the only bad part was that shortly after checking in, while I was half-dressed, a staff member opened the door without warning and asked if I needed anything. Fortunately, it was a female staff member, so I didn't make a big deal out of it. The kids had a wonderful time. Just playing in the sea and on the beach is more than enough. Since the children are still young, we didn't go to the paid attractions because they wouldn't dare ride most of them.

Right by the beach, the sand quality is decent. There are lots of fun facilities in the water park, including various slides and a lazy river. They have pools of different depths: 0.4m, 1.2m, and 3.8m, and you can even go diving.

Great service! I've stayed here multiple times and I really love this place. My kids also love the huge, stunning swimming pool. The breakfast spread is simply the best—so many options that we couldn't even try them all. I will definitely keep coming back whenever I get the chance.

We had a wonderful stay! We were upgraded to an Executive Floor room, which was very new, quite clean, and most importantly, had an amazing view. Even though it's a family-friendly hotel, adults can have a great time too. Breakfast offered a wide variety, though it was very crowded. Aside from the limited evening entertainment, it was an overall perfect stay.

1. Location: Slightly away from the center, but you can get to the downtown area for under 100 baht. 2. Cleanliness: Extremely clean compared to Amari Pattaya. 3. Service: 1) 12th-floor lounge: Had a comfortable and wonderful time thanks to Ms. "Ella". 2) 1st-floor lounge: Had a comfortable and wonderful time thanks to Ms. "Luna". 3) Lobby: Received our requested connecting rooms free of charge with no extra fees, and got very friendly and thorough explanations. 4) Dining: While not 100% satisfied, I was over 99% satisfied. 4. Facilities: 1) Water park: Simply the best, as expected. 2) Pool bar: Feels a bit dated. 3) Spa facilities: Clean and highly enthusiastic. 4) Others: Felt just like last year. 5. Overall Experience: 1) Will definitely stay here again. 2) It was so good that I wish I could have stayed here for the entire trip.

The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options that change daily. The hotel also has its own water park, so you could easily spend several days here without needing to go anywhere else.

This hotel perfectly met our family's needs, especially since my son absolutely loves water parks and dinosaurs. This hotel wonderfully combines everything he enjoys. Dinosaurs are everywhere and incredibly lifelike. We stayed for three days and visited the water park three times; apart from meals and essential shopping, we barely needed to spend money elsewhere. The air conditioning in the room was very strong. Although it was a bit noisy, it didn't disturb our sleep at all. Housekeeping was also very prompt; our room was always cleaned by the time we returned around noon, allowing us to rest immediately. The breakfast selection was quite varied, though I couldn't find authentic Chinese flavors. The sea view was unobstructed, and while it did rain, they were just brief showers. There weren't many beach activities, with the main focus definitely being the water park.
