There are constant calls from the lobby; they disturb you early to check you out. The hotel's location is bad, but the view is nice. The pool opens and closes by itself at night, so you may be nervous. I prefer not when I come again.

It was incredible staying in patong bay hill resort the staff is amazing and the view is beautiful, also I recommend you book the room with the pool access.

this hotel sooo good perfect, who is cleaning my room that man also so kind doing so clean also who take our luggage upstairs so kind near room directly has pool, even they gave us pool towel. also hotel sooo cheap

The hotel is large and beautiful, but the rooms look old and check-in was very slow; we waited about an hour before we could get into our room.

The room had a strong Indian scent... It was unpleasant and smelled of perfume. The worst part was when I was sleeping, housekeeping didn't knock and just swiped their card to open the door. I screamed in fright, and then they finally backed out.

This hotel has fairly good service. Buses arrive at the hotel entrance to pick us up, which was very convenient. The breakfast was tasty, but there were a lot of flies in the dining area.
