The location is outstanding—dining and scenic spots are just a few minutes’ walk away. Service is thoughtful and attentive. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, especially Western choices. The hotel attracts many international guests. We were extremely pleased with the hotel’s professional photo-shoot service: costumes and props were carefully selected, and the photographer was patient, meticulous, and highly skilled—the resulting photos are absolutely stunning!

I stayed at Sheraton Guilin Hotel during my trip to Guilin this time, and the overall experience was fantastic. Xiao Wei from the tourism department and Xiao Zhou from the service reception were both warm, attentive, and provided wonderful service. The hotel offers traditional ethnic costumes for rent with gorgeous styles, making your photos turn out amazing. A fantastic experience with a strong local vibe! Emily at the front desk provided attentive service, enthusiastically answered all our questions, and even gave us a room upgrade and free breakfast. The room was clean and quiet. This is the top choice for sightseeing and checking in at popular spots—definitely worth a visit!

I traveled with my family of six and we chose Hilton. The location is fantastic and the service is top-notch. The front desk staff made the check-in process so warm and welcoming. The room looked exactly like the pictures. Overall, a very satisfying stay!

The room is fully equipped with complete facilities, and the scenery is gorgeous and charming. I especially love the swimming pool, and the breakfast was excellent. Although it was crowded, everything was well-organized. I will definitely come back next time.

I stayed at the Sheraton for two nights. As a well-established five-star hotel, it certainly lives up to its reputation with excellent service. The doormen proactively helped with our luggage and opened car doors. The staff at the front desk, restaurants, and housekeeping were all very polite and warm—thumbs up for your great service! 👍🏻 The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including local Guilin snacks. The young man at the rice noodle station was extremely enthusiastic, and the rice noodles were delicious. The hotel butler reached out in advance and proactively resolved any issues. We had a very pleasant two-night stay!

The location of Sheraton Guilin Hotel is absolute perfection! It's right next to the Li River, and all the nearby attractions are super close. It saved us so much time on the road, making the pace of our trip much more relaxing. A special shout-out to our butler, Xiaohuang, for the meticulous and thoughtful service. They proactively explained all the package benefits included with our room and enthusiastically helped us book a traditional ethnic photoshoot, allowing for an immersive experience of Guangxi's ethnic culture. Our stay this time was fantastic, highly recommended to anyone visiting Guilin✨
