Casa Polanco exceeded my expectations, and I'll be the first to admit my standards are high. If you're considering booking this hotel for your trip to Mexico City, let this be your sign to do it. I can tell you from my own research, and now personal experience, you will not be disappointed. The hotel itself is gorgeous. Small in nature, it truly captures that luxury boutique feel. The suites are large, extremely comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. I stayed in the Park View Suite on the 2nd floor. I loved all the amenities included in the rate: free ironing service for two pieces of clothing, mini bar snacks (included and refilled daily), mini bar drinks, a small bottle of wine, breakfast (which is DELICIOUS), and morning coffee left at your door for whenever you wake up (you can pre-order it or simply call it in when you're up). You'll find Parachute robes, a Dyson hair dryer, Dyson air purifier, and incredibly soft sheets, plus excellent pillows and a wonderfully comfortable bed. In the afternoon, there's complimentary wine, other drinks, and snacks at the downstairs restaurant starting at 4 PM. The staff is warm and genuinely eager to please. The restaurant team goes out of their way to make sure you try everything you could want, and breakfast is not to be missed — I highly recommend the Casa Polanco egg dish. The concierge helped me secure a hard to score restaurant reservation. Upon checking in, reception staff provided me with a map that highlighted some local stores and restaurants that we could walk to. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. When I return to CDMX, this is where I'll stay, without a doubt.

Incredible boutique hotel, best in CDMX. Staff was super friendly and attentive, made us feel truly welcome and tried to meet all our needs. The inside was beautifully decorated, high end but not gaudy. Room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood was very walkable with a park in front and numerous restaurants across the street. Safe and clean. If you want the best accommodation in CDMX, this is it.

The group that traveled with us to Mexico City is well-traveled, and each of us have stayed in some very nice hotels throughout the world. Casa Polanco ranked at the top of the very best. Every single detail was handled with excellence. Vianey was a tremendous help and answered every email rapidly with unmeasured courtesy. She took care of restaurant reservations, drivers, tour guides and many other questions. Upon arrival, Regina welcomed us in the library and explained that drinks of our choice were complimentary, not only upon arrival but throughout our stay. Breakfast and items in the snack bar within each room were also complimentary. It is truly a feeling of being surrounded by people who understand how to please people and how to make sure guests experience an unforgettable stay at the hotel. Benjamin and Juan also greeted us every night in the library even if it was late when we got there. We cannot say enough good things about our experience. It was truly an experience of a lifetime. Thank you to the owner of the hotel for refining each detail to make the hotel so special, and many, many thanks- Muchicismas Gracias a todos aquellos que nos sirvieron con excelencia cuando estuvimos alli. Nunca lo olvidaremos! The Hensons, Olivers and Shedds

We booked our stay several months in advance and received a confirmation email the very next day. After that, we purchased flights, requested PTO, and got excited for the trip. Then, two months later, our reservation was suddenly canceled - without any notice, phone call, or even an email explanation. What’s even more concerning is that my parents also have a reservation at this property, and now they have no idea whether they should trust it or make alternative plans. At this point, a “reservation” here doesn’t seem to actually reserve anything.

If you have cause to be in the Polanco area of Mexico City then I would suggest you do not stay anywhere but here.

I have nothing but positive words for this amazing, boutique hotel. It was our first time to CDMX for our family of 5 and we booked CP very last minute. Due to the last minute booking, CP was able to accommodate our family in 3 rooms with a room change necessary half way through our stay. The staff handled the rooms change seamlessly. From the minute we walked in the door, everything was lovely. The staff is so helpful and gracious, the design and decor are stunning, and the neighborhood is divine. Regina, Robert, and everyone at the front desk are incredibly helpful. Every room is different. Some have private decks, some have 2 sinks, some face an interior garden and some have park views. We experienced a variety of rooms due to the room change and they were all thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated. The beds and bedding are very comfy. The meals at CP are delicious. We ate breakfast there daily and often had an afternoon snack after exploring the city. The gym is small but more than enough to do a workout. CP has partnerships with larger gyms in the neighborhood should you need.

What can I say ... Just Wow! From the moment you book you feel that your holiday is their sole focus. The pre arrival contact was helpful and allowed us to pre plan activities and places top eat. From the moment you set foot across the threshold you are made to feel special and nothing is too much trouble! Everyone is super friendly and the architecture and interior is stunning. Food is delicious, the mezcalitas are divine. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! One of my all time favourite hotels ever.
