Kempinski Hotel Cancun

The room facing the sea was very satisfying 👍. The hotel's service was superb, and the daily meals were abundant. Highly recommended.

Had a fantastic trip to Cancun! The accommodations and service at the Kempinski Hotel were absolutely exceptional. The front desk even gave me a little gift, though I regret not getting the manager's name. Housekeeping was incredibly thorough, coming at least twice a day. The hotel has its own white sand beach, plus a swimming pool for a refreshing dip. The restaurant was excellent. It's the perfect hotel for a relaxing vacation. Highly recommended!

I was particularly satisfied with the dining options. The breakfast selection was plentiful, the food quality was good, and the staff were attentive, making for a very pleasant dining experience. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and both the service and dining are highly recommended.

Unlike the pleasant view, the attitude and service provided by the hotel front desk staff were terrible. I think the hotel needs to receive retraining and improve its customer service for the sake of its development.
