Kempinski Hotel Cancun

The room facing the sea was very satisfying 👍. The hotel's service was superb, and the daily meals were abundant. Highly recommended.

We were upgraded to an oceanfront room. The staff were all so kind and wonderful—they even remembered my name the next day. It was an absolutely amazing stay.

Had a fantastic trip to Cancun! The accommodations and service at the Kempinski Hotel were absolutely exceptional. The front desk even gave me a little gift, though I regret not getting the manager's name. Housekeeping was incredibly thorough, coming at least twice a day. The hotel has its own white sand beach, plus a swimming pool for a refreshing dip. The restaurant was excellent. It's the perfect hotel for a relaxing vacation. Highly recommended!

Overall, it was a great experience. The hotel environment was comfortable, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful; check-in and daily communication were smooth. I was particularly satisfied with the dining options. The breakfast selection was plentiful, the food quality was good, and the staff were attentive, making for a very pleasant dining experience. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and both the service and dining are highly recommended.
