I didn't see this hotel at first. I checked into the previous one that same day and was immediately put off, so I canceled and booked this one right away. As soon as I stepped out of the elevator on the 3rd floor, I was impressed by the hotel's decor 🤏. Every single staff member was incredibly enthusiastic, providing the quickest and most comfortable service 👍🏻. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive and very modern overall! I hope Tyndall continues to grow and expand across the country 😁😁. I highly recommend Tyndall! The satisfaction, comfort, and emotional value are all fantastic ❤️.

Found this amazing high-rise, river-view hotel in Changsha! 🏨 It's right next to Peiyuan Bridge subway station, super convenient as you exit the subway and you're there. The environment is incredibly photogenic, with stunning views from the 57th floor 🥹. The overall decor is very stylish, all in a modern, minimalist design. Service was excellent throughout; the rooms are fully automated. Takeaway food is delivered by robots, and laundry service is personalized, one-on-one. Plus, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast the next morning (from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM). The gym and mini-bar are also free to use. It's truly a place where you can completely relax and just chill out all day – so blissful!

I brought my child to Changsha for this trip, and our overall experience at this hotel was perfect – I highly recommend it for families! 📍 Excellent Location: It's close to the subway station, within walking distance to Wuyi Square and Chaozong Street, making it super convenient to get to Yuelu Mountain, Orange Isle, and Hunan Provincial Museum. It really saves time and effort for sightseeing and exploring local eateries. 🧹 Impeccable Cleanliness and Attention to Detail: The room was spotless, the bathroom had no strange odors, and the bedding was soft and fluffy. The mattress had just the right firmness, making it incredibly refreshing to lie down and rest after a day of exploring. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, allowing for a quiet and full night's sleep even in the bustling city, ensuring my child's rest wasn't disturbed. 🙋 Thoughtful and Attentive Service: The front desk staff were warm and patient, handling check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly. They were also very kind to my child. Housekeeping was responsive and promptly addressed any requests. 🛏 Complete Facilities: The air conditioning, hot water, and bathroom facilities worked perfectly. The room was spacious and not cramped, with plenty of room for luggage. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Changsha!

Conveniently located near attractions with great views from a high floor. The housekeeper was very thoughtful, even helping with balloon decorations for my child's birthday trip to Changsha. It's in a commercial area with many convenience stores and restaurants downstairs, which is super handy. They also offer luggage transfer to Changsha Station, so you can easily explore more before heading to the high-speed rail station.

The hotel's location is superb. It's directly connected to the subway, making it incredibly convenient to reach Hunan Museum, Orange Isle, and Yuelu Academy in just a few stops. This designer hotel has quality rooms, and the high-floor views are especially beautiful. The bed was also very comfortable. There are so many amazing Hunan restaurants within walking distance, and the front desk staff's recommendations were excellent. We stayed for two nights and this will definitely be our first choice next time we visit Changsha.

I chose this hotel based on a recommendation from Xiaohongshu, and it definitely didn't disappoint! The environment and service were both excellent, and the hotel staff were all really nice [smiley face emoji]. The breakfast was extensive and of good quality – very friendly for Cantonese tastes. Also, a family member has nasal allergies and is usually quite sensitive to bedding, but they had no issues at all and slept really well. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changsha!

A high-quality, well-designed hotel with a great ambiance. The room offers fantastic views and a spacious feel. The front desk staff and butler were incredibly welcoming and always greeted us politely. The service was excellent, and the breakfast spread was rich and diverse, which my child absolutely loved. I saw an absolutely stunning sunset over the Xiang River here in Changsha. Even though it rained heavily on the day I arrived, I was lucky enough to witness a rare and beautiful sunset from my hotel room in the evening. The orange hues of the twilight painted the river, and the 'blue hour' truly touched my heart. The river-view room offered an amazing, unobstructed, and expansive view with floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the Xiang River. At night, I could also see the bustling city lights. Perhaps this is the joy of travel – you never know what the next moment will bring. The room design was incredibly stylish, and the public lobby exuded an artistic vibe. Every corner felt like it had its own filter, so you didn't even need to find the perfect angle for photos. There's even a hotel-owned selfie studio on the first floor where you can capture your travel memories. The name 'Tyndall Gap' (Tyndall隙) is also quite distinctive. If I ever get the chance to visit Changsha again, I would definitely choose this place. Let me share a few details that I really loved: The room came with a mini-fridge/minibar, and all the drinks were complimentary. Watching shows and the river view with a drink in hand was incredibly comfortable, and I didn't have to spend any extra money. The 1.8m bed was super comfortable, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. I'd love to know what brand they use! I slept incredibly soundly at night. The special breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options, including Changsha's famous stinky tofu and sugar oil baba (fried glutinous rice cakes). Breakfast hours were from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM, perfect for sleeping in and then enjoying a meal. Overall, the quality completely rivals a five-star hotel – it's sophisticated and minimalist without being over-the-top. It's perfect for a romantic getaway, a trip with friends, or any kind of stay. The hotel is conveniently located right by the Peiyuan Bridge subway station. If you're looking for a high-rise hotel in Changsha with a great view and strong design aesthetic, this place is genuinely excellent.
