This newly opened boutique hotel in Patong is a hidden gem with only 12 rooms, offering an intimate and exclusive experience. Nestled at the quieter end of Patong Beach, it provides a peaceful escape yet is only 1km from the lively Bangla Road, effectively shielding from the noise. A large 7-Eleven is conveniently located just 30 meters away, making its location truly superb. The actual hotel perfectly matches the promotional photos. The superior rooms, while lacking traditional windows, feature frosted glass decorative windows that let in light and look exactly like the pictures, preventing any stuffiness. Each room is also equipped with a Dyson air purifier. The sea view rooms boast balconies with unobstructed views of Patong Beach. As a new establishment, the hotel is impeccably clean, a dream for germaphobes. The bedding is excellent, and every room comes with a full set of L'Occitane toiletries, a hairdryer, and a Dyson air purifier – truly top-notch amenities. The family-run business offers professional service, with staff who have prior hotel experience. The male receptionist, in particular, always greets you with a heartwarming smile, brightening your day every time you see him. Welcome drinks are mocktails, and at check-out, you're treated to refreshing gold foil watermelon juice while you wait – the attention to detail is truly outstanding. Breakfast offers three varieties each of American, Mediterranean, and Asian styles, all healthy and of excellent quality, providing incredible value for money! As a new hotel, it's arguably the cleanest in Phuket, a true delight for anyone with a meticulous nature. Even as someone who has stayed in numerous five-star hotels, I find this place offers exceptional value!

The new hotel boasts a superb location, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city, even surpassing Amari in terms of location. A large 7-Eleven is just 10 meters to the right. The hotel offers unobstructed views of Patong Beach, just as advertised, except the sea isn't quite as blue (the decor is exactly like its promotional images, a high-saturation showroom; I know many people still like showroom style). It's about 1km away from the noisy Bangla, providing some noise insulation. While there's still some noise along the street, it's acceptable in Patong. Most notably, the service is excellent. Perhaps due to the hotel's family-run nature, many guests seem to have higher education and professional hotel experience. At the Gala Dinner, they demonstrated French dining etiquette, and the staff were generally good-looking, young, and energetic. The hairdryers and air purifiers were all Dyson, a rare feature among international brand hotels in Phuket. Serving mocktails as welcome drinks is a thoughtful detail that offers exceptional value; many other examples could be cited. The breakfast is excellent for its high quality and healthy ingredients. There are American, Mediterranean, and Asian options, each with three variations – quite in line with the standards of an older five-star hotel. Breakfast is served individually, so the table isn't overcrowded. The fruit is fresh and beautifully presented; I was even able to enjoy large, sliced ​​mangoes first thing in the morning. If you like Indigo beds, you'll appreciate the bedding here. The toiletries are from a French brand. Because it's new, it's the cleanest hotel in Phuket, bar none, and I hope it maintains that quality. For me, it was excellent value for money. As someone who has stayed in 80% of Phuket's five-star hotels and occasionally in guesthouses and hostels, I was still pleasantly surprised by this unique hotel. I don't usually leave reviews, but seeing the spotless tempered glass on the beachfront balcony is a testament to the importance of details – definitely worth praising! I hope there will be more reasonable monthly rentals during the off-season; I'll definitely be back. By the way, the bathroom glass in my room couldn't be closed properly, although it didn't cause any major issues, I'm sure you can resolve that quickly.
