The Cyan at Patong Hotel

This is a really great hotel! It's new so it's super clean. The welcome drink was delicious, and I wish I had booked a longer stay!

I was a bit worried about choosing this hotel, but after experiencing it, its high ratings are definitely well-deserved! First off, the hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Every time we waited in the lobby, they'd offer us special drinks, and they even saw us off at the door when we checked out! The hotel is located right by Patong Beach, the liveliest area in Phuket, with night markets, restaurants, and bars all around – super convenient! The room decor has a chic, luxurious seaside resort vibe, and it even comes with a Dyson hairdryer and an air purifier. Since the hotel isn't huge, the living environment is very quiet. Breakfast is a mix of a small buffet selection and à la carte options. The variety is excellent, and the food is delicious! Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. If I get the chance to visit Phuket again, I'd definitely prioritize staying at this hotel!

Excellent! Right by the sea with a great ocean view room. It was very clean and quiet. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. I was pleasantly surprised to find a washlet in the room – a great bonus! 👍🏻 I would definitely choose to stay here again.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Phuket. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent. Although there's no pool, the room itself was very well-appointed with many stylish touches, including a Dyson air purifier. I really enjoyed my stay here.

This is a wonderful hotel with perfect service. It's located in a quiet area, yet only a 15-20 minute walk or a 5-minute drive to Bangla Road. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's amenities: Dyson hairdryer and air purifier, good air conditioning in the rooms, and impeccable bedding. The only minor downside is that there isn't enough space to dry swimsuits after the beach. The beautiful balconies aren't really designed for hanging clothes to dry, which is more of an aesthetic plus than a functional negative. Overall, the hotel is amazing! 😍

Let me start with what's most important to us: cleanliness. The room was simply spotless: cleaned every day, fresh linens and towels, not a speck of dust or a stain. It was so pleasant to return to such a well-maintained room. There was a great view from the balcony, and the hotel was quite quiet. The breakfasts were delicious! The staff was friendly and very polite! Overall, we enjoyed everything: the service, the atmosphere, and the location. We confidently recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket. A perfect experience! Absolutely great value for money! The sea view from the window is exactly as described and shown in the hotel's introduction 😎. The service is incredibly good! We were greeted with welcome drinks upon arrival! It was absolutely lovely! The hotel is newly renovated, and the lobby smells fresh and pleasant! The staff were all smiling and spoke softly and gently! Our room smelled wonderful too 😘. They provide Dyson hairdryers and air purifiers! The decor has a chic white ocean theme. I especially want to highlight the bedding 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 – it was clean, high-quality, and incredibly comfortable, easily 7-star 🤗. Next time I come for diving 🥽, I must stay here again! ✨✨✨

The hotel is brand new, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The room was equipped with a full set of Dyson appliances, and the service rivaled that of a five-star hotel. There was one gentleman at the front desk who was incredibly enthusiastic, always smiling, which brightened my day. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, so much so that we deeply regretted missing it on our first day because we overslept! The only downside was that two days after we booked, the hotel dropped its price by 220 RMB per night. For our three-night stay, this added up to a significant amount, but the hotel refused to let us rebook at the lower rate. I have to give a big shout-out to Ctrip here, as they compensated us with 600 RMB. I'll definitely keep using Ctrip in the future; they are truly reliable.
