Starus Hotel Bukit Bintang

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. The 24-hour parking with in-and-out access was a great bonus. However, the club inside the hotel played loud music until the early morning, which affected my sleep. Overall, I had a good experience, but better soundproofing would make the stay more comfortable for guests who need a good night's rest.

Super noisy at late night with motorbikes or cars. Location is sleazy with many pubs. The hotel staff not well trained. Front desk’s staff was impatient, arrogant & impolite body language. Horrible breakfast. Everything looks disgusting. Room is clean, beautiful & bed is comfortable. However, I will not stay in this hotel again unless u want to stay in Bukit Bintang.

Pro : Spacious room & bathroom. Con :there is 2 aircond inside the room, but only 1 aircond function. We ask for maintainance and they said got a problem and take time to fix, we ask for room changing, there is no empty room to change, but they add on us with extra bed without charge. Midnight i smell smoke maybe hecause lack of aircond flow. A little bit unpleasant sleep. And feel uncomfortable.

Love the hotel but the environment is slightly different than others . But still okay Hahahahahahhahahahhaha

I am local but i chose to stay here for the weekend for some events held nearby. The place located at the beginning of changkat bukit bintang, very good access and convenient location with many nearby eateries and bars. Only main problem is the noise at night was still quite loud in the room. The hotel need customer to pay upfront RM 100 cash for deposit, if you do not have cash u need to have a physical credit card to make the payment. They dont accept apple pay or other mode like ewallet. They have 4 lifts but i think the capacity is not sufficient to handle its customers load. Have to wait for many rounds to be able to use the lift. Aircon in the room is too warm at night 23.5C cannot change temperature. Only 2 staffs handle the checkout of maybe 300+ customers are the madness on last sunday. Otherwise the room overall is clean. For the price i would expect more.

I like this hotel as I said every time , good location and easy everywhere to go.
