Alaya Resort Ubud

Very beautiful hotel. The food was delicious, and the hygiene was excellent. The service was also very good and polite. The common areas are lovely, and I even got a discount on a massage. Pison is right next door, and the location is fantastic, right next to the Monkey Forest.

I recently stayed at Alaya Resort Ubud during my trip to Bali, and I was extremely satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel perfectly embodies the Balinese style, with a very comfortable environment that immediately puts you in a relaxed, holiday mood as soon as you step in. The room was spacious and very clean, with a simple yet locally-inspired design that made for a very comfortable stay. What I loved most was being surrounded by lush greenery; waking up to that view really brightened my mood. The pool area is beautiful and meticulously maintained, perfect for unwinding. The breakfast selection was extensive and tasty, allowing for a leisurely start to each day. What truly stood out was the staff. Every single person was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, providing thoughtful service from check-in to check-out, which significantly enhanced my entire trip. The location is also very convenient, with many restaurants nearby. The in-house massage spa is excellent, and guests get a 20% discount on treatments. Overall, this was one of my favorite hotels from my Bali trip. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return to Ubud. Highly recommended!

The room was a bit damp, and after a shower, there was a lot of steam, plus there was no showerhead, which was quite inconvenient. However, the hotel is close to a main street with many shops and restaurants.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to a delicious restaurant called Pison. The front desk service was excellent, and they even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. The room size was perfect, and the bathroom was especially spacious. Plus, opening the balcony door gave us direct access to the pool, which was a huge bonus. The complimentary afternoon tea was also very tasty.

This hotel is conveniently located very close to the Yoga Barn. The staff are all very friendly and hospitable, making for a pleasant stay.

Didn't disappoint, overall met expectations. The location is convenient, right next to Pison, and you get a 10% discount with your room card, which is great for a meal after a game. The bathroom is super spacious, and the water is clean. The service is very enthusiastic.

The hotel's location is super convenient, and it even has a spa which I visited two days in a row – it was so relaxing! The environment and service were truly excellent. Breakfast was decent; I especially enjoyed the Indonesian rice noodles. My only complaint is that the shower pressure in the room was quite low. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

The room was very clean. I was able to easily contact the staff via WhatsApp, and they brought a power plug adapter to my room right away.
