very nice and aesthetic hotel easy and fast response when i made a mistake and need to reschedule date of booking nice breakfast until 5pm they also give complimentary snack i love every detail at this hotel the garden the pool the lobby the parking very helpful and kind staff the amenities are complete the aircond are conditioning n water pressure are very powered room and toilet are absolutely stunning and 💯clean very comfortable bed i love everyting about this hotel might be comeback

We enjoyed the stay and location very much. Despite the cleanliness and aging of the swimming pool, the rest pretty much sums up a very wonderful stay 🫶🏻

I absolutely loved my stay in Room to read, everything was just pulling me to stay in and pick up a book to read. I also loved how generous they were about the welcome drink, it can be drinks from the cafe menu like matcha, coffee etc The distance to TRX is a plus too, and all the amazing food nearby. Will definitely be back to try out the other rooms!

I love everything about this hotel such as the friendly staff, the cafe, room layout, free childhood snacks, very comfortable bed, good location compared to other hotels which tend to encounter heavy traffic jam yet still convenient to travel around the major malls/ visitation spots, BUT your swimming pool really need to do something about it. I'm not sure whether it was due to the raining day and surround trees, the water just looks weird in this photo that I took. I actually still went down to the pool as I don't smell anything bad about the water and I swim at those lake/waterfall before, but the last time I saw such pool quality was in a Bali Villa many years back and obviously the owner didn't maintain at all, but for hotel pool standard, I don't think this is acceptable and FYI I did found dead bugs inside the pool. Other than that, this hotel is defintely worth to stay again when I'm back in KL.

I would say this hotel is value for money if you are not a light sleeper and do not mind the noise from the motorcyclists racing and revving outside the establishment at midnight. When I checked into the hotel, the shower gel and shampoo were not topped up. When I called the front desk, I was met with a rude response. Instead of apologising, I was met with a very frustrated front desk lady who later placed small bottles of the Aesop amenities at my front door. To me, it signals that the hotel is stingy with their amenities - and if they’re afraid of guests taking more than they should due to the cost, perhaps they should offer a cheaper alternative. I stayed for three nights and was not given sufficient bottles of water - and the bathrobes were not replaced with new ones during house cleaning. On the good side - the breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed the interiors of the hotel. Overall, it was value for money if you are hardly in the hotel room - but if you intend to rest and relax in the rooms or the pools, there are better and more affordable alternatives in KL.
