Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta

Definitely not I’ll be coming back again. Have a very good breakfast with great hospitality. Love how spacious the room & how helpful with the services overall

Super comfy hotel & super friendly and nice staff, superb service and room

I booked 1 night with an Executive Suite, and unfortunately I received a room with a bad view, over some houses, even if in the picture they advertise a city view. They did not even tell me when I checked in. I had to go to the room to find out. I find it embarrasing that Four Seasons, a high end hotel chain, do these kind of things. They offered me an "upgrade", basically for the same type of room, but with a city view for extra cost. Finally I received a call from them, not to solve my problem, but to tell me that i am lucky that I stay in a renovated room. Simply embarassing. I did try some food, but was below my expectations. Quesadilla with no cheese. A mix of chicken meat and some kind of things. Below my expectations and for this price, believe me you have plenty of better options in Jakarta.

What I love: - Spacious Room - Nice design What I dont: Check in and check out took such a long time. 15 mins for checking in and 25 mins to check out. The air conditioning doesnt get colder than 22c in the room.

I think the name Four Seasons speaks for itself by now, and there's no question that everything was perfect. But I'd like to highlight one thing in particular: the staff. It's like visiting friends you haven't seen in a long time. It's simply special how you're welcomed, with such friendliness and pleasant conversations. We'd love to come back anytime, dear Four Seasons team, anytime. We already miss you.
