I was very satisfied with the room; it was incredibly spacious and the location was excellent. Plus, there's free parking. The room was especially large and had a mini-fridge. On the first floor, there's a lounge with some ground coffee and soft drinks, which is very convenient. During the New Year's Day period, the hotel was beautifully decorated. There's also a laundry room and gym on the 24th floor, which is great for those who want to work out. The self-service laundry rooms are also a big plus. Overall, a very satisfying stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The subway is right outside the door. The hotel service is also very warm and attentive, and the breakfast is rich and varied, buffet-style. Plus, there's a laundry room and gym on the 24th floor, which is incredibly convenient – just perfect! The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our family of five without any issues. Complimentary drinks were replenished daily by housekeeping, and there was coffee and ample water available. We could also request a humidifier from the front desk if needed. The electric heating kept the room very warm and cozy. There's an executive lounge in the lobby offering coffee and other beverages, which the kids loved. Upon check-in, children received their own toiletries and toys. The 24th floor has a laundry room and a gym. Most importantly, the hotel's location is excellent, right on Youth Street, close to the subway and within easy reach of Zhongjie, Xita, and the Weidawutai. We had a very satisfying stay and will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit in the future. The hotel's service was particularly thoughtful and attentive, which was a nice touch.

First time in Shenyang, I blindly picked a hotel with a great location and good reviews, and it exceeded my expectations! The hotel is very new, and the facilities are excellent. The common areas are decorated beautifully, with coffee and drinks available in the lounge. The room was large, spacious, and bright, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The front desk lady was very sweet and even upgraded our services, which made us very happy. It definitely boosted my impression of this city. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

As someone who used to work at Shangri-La, I can confidently say this hotel exceeds five-star standards, from its facilities to the front desk and room service. When we arrived at noon, the front desk staff saw we had a large party and immediately upgraded us to a room with two 1.8-meter king beds. The room was 50 square meters, and they even included complimentary breakfast. The room service staff were incredibly enthusiastic—a level of service I haven't experienced at typical five-star hotels. When my spouse accidentally cut their finger, they even provided us with band-aids and iodine. Everything about this place goes beyond five-star. Next time I'm in Shenyang, there's no doubt I'll be staying here again. And the breakfast? Absolutely superb and very healthy!
