Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, and while it's located in the same building as other hotels, this one has its own dedicated elevator 🛗. Environment: The environment is excellent. The hotel entrance features automatic doors, and there's a private lounge offering coffee and other beverages. Service: The service attitude is fantastic. The manager proactively contacts you before check-in, and any requests are promptly handled.

I've stayed at this hotel so many times, and honestly, I can't find a single fault with the rooms, service, or food. Whenever I visit Shenyang, I don't hesitate to book this place. It's clean, but the main thing is the excellent service, and the breakfast is outstanding too. Every word of this review comes from the heart; I rarely review hotels, but I was just so incredibly satisfied this time. Especially the front desk service – five-star rating! I hope they keep it up so I never have to worry about choosing a hotel again.

The hotel's location is excellent, right near a subway entrance, making it super convenient for getting around. The room was spacious and clean, with a thoughtful design that made for a great stay. The hotel service was outstanding; the staff were friendly and always quick to help with any issues. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and they even provided toiletries for kids, which was a very nice touch!

This was my first time visiting Shenyang, and I booked this hotel at the last minute because my original accommodation didn't work out. I was pleasantly surprised to find it far exceeded my expectations. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, Xita (West Pagoda), and the TV Tower Night Market, making dining and getting around very easy. They have a dedicated free parking lot, and the breakfast selection is plentiful. Most importantly, the staff were all incredibly warm and thoughtful. They provided a detailed explanation during check-in, promptly responded to guest requests, and even gave gifts to children, which added a wonderful emotional touch. I was very satisfied with my stay and will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Shenyang.

The hotel's location is great, close to the bustling city center and very convenient for transportation. The hotel itself is charmingly decorated, and the rooms are amazing and very comfortable to stay in. The breakfast selection is also extensive, and the staff are incredibly nice. The kids absolutely loved it too! I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Shenyang.

I stayed here for a business trip, and the facilities were quite comprehensive, with everything you could need. There's also a small lounge downstairs, which was very pleasant for chatting with friends. The environment was excellent, always playing soothing music that was very refreshing. The location is also fantastic, very close to the subway station and conveniently located near Laobeishi and Shenyang Zhongjie. The room hygiene was very good, and the housekeeping staff were all very kind and handled any issues well. The front desk service made me feel right at home, very thoughtful and anticipating all needs. It was excellent, and I'll definitely come back next time I'm here for business. It's fantastic! And with Christmas just around the corner, the atmosphere is wonderful. As soon as you walk in, you feel the festive spirit.
