Grand Hyatt Xi'an

Excellent, very good! I'll definitely stay here again next time. The kids loved it too. Breakfast was quite to our taste. It's a highly recommended hotel, and the service attitude was also great. Giving it full marks!

It was great. I checked out at 3 PM, and the front desk didn't rush me at all. Plus, they offer a free shuttle service to the high-speed train station.

The room was very spacious, and my personal butler, Lexi, provided excellent and thoughtful service. She helped me with many issues, like pre-booking airport transfers and arranging a room change. The only drawback of the room was that it was too hot and stuffy without air conditioning, but the butler kindly helped resolve this by opening the windows. Service was top-notch!

My wife and I were on our pre-wedding trip, and it was our first stay at the Grand Hyatt Xi'an. We'd like to extend our gratitude to Ms. Cherry Ma Jia Lin and Ms. Lexi Hu Xing Xing from the Front Desk for their excellent communication and thoughtful arrangements before our arrival. Upon learning it was our honeymoon, the hotel arranged beautiful handmade floral decorations in our room and provided a welcome amenity. Throughout our stay, they proactively followed up on our minor requests. This level of dedication is truly commendable, especially considering the current trend of luxury brands focusing on cost-cutting and efficiency. During our stay, we also appreciate all the staff at the Grand Club. The hot food and snack offerings were great, and the service consistently maintained a high standard. This was an unforgettable experience. GH Xi'an is on a different level!

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, I must give it a real shout-out, it was very authentic.

I arrived late for check-in, and the front desk agent, Vivian, patiently explained the room types and even upgraded me to a better room. She was very warm and attentive, and the check-in process was quick, not wasting my time. However, while I was resting at noon, Trip.com called me, claiming I hadn't paid, which was completely unreasonable! When I booked, I clearly saw it was an online payment, and I had already paid the room fee. They also told me they couldn't directly deduct the amount and insisted I contact the hotel to pay again. I tried to communicate with Trip.com, but they just kept apologizing with pointless excuses, telling me to contact the hotel. Trip.com is simply wasting people's time and resources, trying to make me pay 1800 twice for one room! I'm very grateful to Vivian for actively coordinating and processing the refund for the room fee I initially paid to Trip.com. I apologize for disturbing her rest!

The hotel is new and conveniently located. The front desk staff provided excellent service and even upgraded our room. The high-altitude night view was indeed beautiful 👀. Thanks to the concierge 'Xiao Bing' for the thoughtful service; the airport transfer driver was also great ദ്ദി(˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧

Had a very romantic night at the Grand Hyatt Xi'an. Special thanks to Vivian at the front desk for her thoughtfulness – the room was beautifully decorated in advance and she even sent a complimentary fruit platter. When the air conditioning had a minor issue, the hotel staff promptly helped us switch rooms and later arranged a late check-out, which was incredibly convenient for our travels. The service was attentive and warm, the location was great, and the room was comfortable. It was a pleasant and memorable stay.

A hidden gem of a hotel, I'll definitely be back. 1. It's well-designed, with a comfortable tea area in the lobby and public spaces, and the dark tones exude a sense of luxury. 2. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, located on higher floors, offering great views overlooking half of Xi'an High-tech Zone. 3. The Chinese restaurant is also very pleasant, offering great value for money with its Shaanxi cuisine – definitely worth a visit. 4. The service is absolutely fantastic. I arrived in the middle of the night and was upgraded to a higher-floor room and given a late checkout. The service was incredibly thoughtful. A big thank you to our butler, Nora!
