The entrance area of ​​the hotel was dirty, as was the whole hotel. The stairs to the first floor are covered with a carpet that has never been vacuumed. There is no elevator. The windows have not been cleaned for years and you can't open them either. The room was musty, the toilet wobbled and the flush was running the whole time. The hotel was a total disaster. I admit that it wasn't the most expensive, but you can't spend money on a place like that. It can be different. Two days before we were in Cap Code at the Cap Sands Inn for the same price. Clean and pretty decent for a motel. No reputable agent can actually offer this hotel! The pictures on the homepage or from the agents are embellished.

Parking was easy. The bed seemed clean. We got ants, the smoke detector started chirping at 7am, no tv remote. Holes punched in bathroom door both sides. Chainlock was torn off. But i needed a cheap room. If i need a cheap room again i might consider it.

Everything was dingy and dirty, the lights didnt work, the pillows were thin rumply, the outlets were all coming out of the wall, the towels looked like dish rags, it was the worst hotel ive ever been to.

The room was ok for $56. There were no towels just 2 wash cloths. I would never have my wife stay there. I stayed only overnight, but would not want it for multiple days. I should probably have rated it ok.

The room was poor at best the pillows were stale and stained the shower had no pressure and was dirty and the staff wasn’t very pleasant

Everything went wrong. Place is horrible I checked out literally 10 minutes after checking in. Place is dirty. Door locks don’t work, weird people in the parking spaces I requested a refund and the property is not helping and ******* isn’t helping as either should not advertise. Properties this bad we felt unsafe . Is just frustrated that I arrive the property checked in place doesn’t meet the criteria kids and wife don’t feel safe so I request a refund and they don’t want to give back the money
