VERY DIGUSTING HOTEL WITH SMOKE SMELLING ROOMS EVEN THOUGH IT IS LABELED NON SMOKING. DIRT AND GRIM ON EVER SIDE OF THE HOTEL AND THE FLOOR ARE KEY CARD ARE STICKY AND DIRTY. THE CURTAINS ARE EVEN DIRTIER. DO NOT GO THERE.

I booked a room here through ******* and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The room had an active ant infestation — ants in the bed, on the sheets, on the blanket, and crawling across the furniture. I took photos because it was that bad. When I went to the front desk, they refused to refund me and told me to “contact *******,” even though the room was clearly unsanitary and unfit for anyone to stay in. I ended up leaving because it was impossible to sleep in a room full of insects. This property should not be listed on ******* until they address the sanitation issues and take responsibility for their guests’ safety and comfort.

The staff member that I checked in and out with was great. She was very friendly and helpful. The room and property however were not very well maintained or clean. Our room had shades that were broken, the blanket was dirty and unusable, our bathroom door did not shut, the toilet ran all night, one of the sinks did not work, and the room itself was not very clean. The AC worked very well. I would have not stayed if I had another option. My daughter was graduating in the morning and the surrounding hotels were booked.

Honestly for the price I mean it was good lol but the front desk lady was nice and it is what you pay for.

I reserved a room for two with a king size bed non smoking room. We were first put in a room with 1 pillow and a full size bed. Fridge on the floor TV didn't work that was a smoking room . I went back to the desk was told all they had left was a queen size bed. We got moved there and it was worst then the first. Room dirty, no end tables by the bed no outlets to charge our phones, fridge on the floor, tiles missing in the bathroom, toilet seat wasn't even the correct fit. Toilet ran all night long. The entire place was down right dirty and run down. Parking was limited. The "glass building" we were first sent to felt unsafe and there was no deadbolt on the door for us to even lock. Staff was not helpful at all during the check in and acted like I was the problem when I returned wanting the room I originally reserved.

Felt unsafe, rooms were frightening and dirty, left immediately and found another place to stay
