Location was really good to all the shopping and accessible to almost everywhere. Thank god the staff were really helpful in every aspect. Weather was rather hot so i think if they provided more drinking water it will be helpful.

I had such a great stay at The Kee Resort & Spa and would absolutely recommend it. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the action near Bangla Road, steps from everything. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the pool area is such a vibe, and overall the atmosphere is fun and lively. The staff were also lovely and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside is the noise — you’ll sometimes hear people in the hallways late at night (we’re talking 4am energy 😅), and the street noise can be loud, especially during pool parties or busy nights. They do provide earplugs, which is thoughtful, but honestly they don’t completely block out the noise. That said, it really comes with the territory when you choose to stay right in the middle of Bangla Road. If you’re looking for total silence, this isn’t the spot — but if you want to be in the centre of everything, it’s perfect. Overall, we loved it and I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Phuket!

Nobody comes to make up the room even requested 4 hours in advance. The toilet is not properly cleaned with dirt on the toilet walls. It sounds horrific. The first day I checked in I had to wait until 2 o'clock sharp the room was available but many rooms were unoccupied on the same floor. The variety of breakfast only suits the taste of the tourists from the Middle East not the Honkongers. Inside the hotel it is noisy with music playing and sounds of renovation. Smoking is not welcomed in HongKong but why should it happen on Phuket? The location is ideal for tourists' convenience The floating platform is inappropriate to place in such a small swimming pool. A lot of other minorities should be escalated for example lighting is very dinner for the aged to ealk through the hotel at night

We loved staying here at the Kee resort! It is in a prime location if you are wanting to be around everything and Bangla road, everything u need is right outside the resort and the rooms are super tidy and nice😊

I had a really great stay at The Kee Resort and I’m very happy I stayed here. The location is perfect only a few minutes walk to Bangla Road and Patong Beach but inside the resort it is quiet and relaxing. The room was big and very clean. The bed was comfortable and everything was well maintained. After spending the day around Phuket it was always nice to come back and relax here. The best thing for me was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and always ready to help. They always greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome from check in until check out. I really recommend The Kee Resort if you are visiting Phuket. Great location great service and very comfortable rooms. Thank you to all the team for making my holiday even better. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Thailand.
