The Kee Resort & Spa

Location was really good to all the shopping and accessible to almost everywhere. Thank god the staff were really helpful in every aspect. Weather was rather hot so i think if they provided more drinking water it will be helpful.

I had such a great stay at The Kee Resort & Spa and would absolutely recommend it. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the action near Bangla Road, steps from everything. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the pool area is such a vibe, and overall the atmosphere is fun and lively. The staff were also lovely and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside is the noise — you’ll sometimes hear people in the hallways late at night (we’re talking 4am energy 😅), and the street noise can be loud, especially during pool parties or busy nights. They do provide earplugs, which is thoughtful, but honestly they don’t completely block out the noise. That said, it really comes with the territory when you choose to stay right in the middle of Bangla Road. If you’re looking for total silence, this isn’t the spot — but if you want to be in the centre of everything, it’s perfect. Overall, we loved it and I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Phuket!

We had a wonderful stay at The Kee Resort & Spa during our family vacation in Phuket. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from Patong Beach and conveniently connected to the vibrant shopping, dining, and entertainment areas. Despite being close to the action, the resort itself felt comfortable and relaxing. The swimming pool was a highlight, providing a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing and activities. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall service throughout our stay was professional and attentive. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the hotel’s central location made it easy to explore different parts of Patong without needing extensive transportation. Overall, The Kee Resort & Spa provided excellent value, comfort, and convenience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to couples, families, and anyone looking for a centrally located hotel in Phuket.

Awesome breakfast and pool.

This isn't my first time at this hotel, but this time it was a very bad experience. The rooms were disorganized, the bed linens weren't changed once in a week, and the bathrobe was taken and not replaced.

Hotel is amazing right in the heart of everything there was 2 things I wasent happy with 1 was there was no lift to our room just a escalator up and stairs bck dwn but our room was massive and the other thing I didn’t like was that the pool had to many trees around it so was very shaded but overall would deffo give it 8.5 out of 10
