The hotel is a bit old, but the service is still very good. I also went to the infinity pool. It's very convenient to get to KLCC, Pavilion, and TRX downstairs. I originally wanted to book the Park Hyatt, but to my surprise, the Mandarin Oriental even sent a cake the day before my birthday 🎂. How thoughtful! Thumbs up 👍

Here’s a more polished and professional version: I have been staying at the hotel for the past ten years and have always appreciated its hospitality. However, I believe there is room for improvement, particularly in the breakfast offerings, kids’ club facilities, and guest rooms. I understand that the property is older compared to newer competitors such as Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur and others. Nevertheless, continuous enhancements are essential to remain competitive and meet evolving guest expectations.
