Quality Inn Shelburne - Burlington

Fire alarm went off for 30 minutes!!! So ………LOUD!!!!!!!!! Breakfast could be real eggs and cold!!! Coffee made by Machine is the Worst!!!!

A giod value. The pool was clean and well kept. Breakfast had many options. The staff were very sweet and helpful.

Staff was friendly however housekeeping could use a class in cleaning. There was a spill on the stairs that was never cleaned, dust on the fire extinguisher box, trails of sidewalk salt everywhere. They didn’t even shovel the walkway outside the main entrance. The beds were very firm. Breakfast was your standard hotel hot continental breakfast.

Getting closer to a two star rating. It's getting there with the dated motel vibes. Shower had broken fixtures, scuff marks, chipped and cracked moldings. The savior is the staff and parking and free breakfast. The pool is closed

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. To begin with, the pool and hot tub were not functioning during peak winter season — which is extremely frustrating, especially considering that many guests come to ski and look forward to relaxing afterward. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was specifically for those amenities. There were constant loud water/pipe noises in the bathroom throughout the night that woke me up multiple times. It was very disruptive. The room cleanliness was also below expectations. Housekeeping only made the bed but did not properly clean the bathroom (toilet, surfaces, etc.), which was unacceptable. Breakfast quality needs significant improvement, both in variety and overall presentation. On top of that, the staff was not welcoming and came across as unfriendly. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and would not return.

The room was hopelessly average. Not horrible. Just very dated. Snow and ice removal was poor. Staff was very good and friendly. Desperately in need of basic upgrades. Breakfast was a pleasant experience. It is what it is. I would not choose this, but in a pinch at this price point it got the job done.

The room was in ok condition despite the door lock being brocken and the bathroom a mess. Did bring it up to the staff both Saturday and Sunday.

Pool not available. Staff indignant, refused to cooperate with price adjustment or refund. I left one day early so I could change hotel. Credit card dispute already launched.

All Was Good , Except the back door where our room was # 131 was off from the frame , so all the cold air was constantly coming in through the corridor. The POOL was off duty also, which was a Major disappointment for myself & my partner, since specifically in winter we like to swim indoors of course. Apparently the latest cold days affected the ventilation system. I guess next time I’ll call the place or just go somewhere else.
