regular establishment and clean room with a balcony. Windows can be opened. A very important feature. Fast internet. Basic breakfast and an overall good staying experience.

The building is ageing. There are good amenities, but in an somewhat worn out environment. Breakfast was free and tasted ok. Like all accommodations in Shelbourne, the price is much too high.

Had a great time, clean, affordable rooms, friendly staff, quiet, comfy beds, what more could you ask for?

Paper thin walls you can here every thing going on especially a busy road near by. The property is old and needs refreshing. Room carpet and bed sheets were dirty

Pros: lots of good variety at breakfast. Friendly staff, beds were comfy and room was clean and comfortable. Pool was nice. Cons: parking is a little limited and a lot of upgrades were needed throughout the hotel. It did look like they were working on that. Overall for the money it was good.

It was clean, staff friendly and efficient. Sad to see jacuzzi is permanently off limits should say that in the hotel booking sites. Love having a sauna. Breakfast options great. We have stayed here a couple of times for ski trips it is convenient to get to them from here.

Fire alarm went off for 30 minutes!!! So ………LOUD!!!!!!!!! Breakfast could be real eggs and cold!!! Coffee made by Machine is the Worst!!!!

A giod value. The pool was clean and well kept. Breakfast had many options. The staff were very sweet and helpful.

Staff was friendly however housekeeping could use a class in cleaning. There was a spill on the stairs that was never cleaned, dust on the fire extinguisher box, trails of sidewalk salt everywhere. They didn’t even shovel the walkway outside the main entrance. The beds were very firm. Breakfast was your standard hotel hot continental breakfast.
