The team goes above and beyond in the most natural and sincere way. Every staff member anticipates your needs before you even think of them, creating an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and incredibly personal. Their attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism are truly world-class. The experiences organized by the team are also extraordinary — from island adventures to relaxing moments by the ocean, everything is curated with perfection. The food deserves a special mention as well: fresh, creative, beautifully presented, and always adapted to your preferences. Nay Palad is not just a hotel, it is a place where memories are created. I stayed at Nay Palad Hideaway with a group of friends, and it honestly felt like we stepped into a private paradise. The place is absolutely stunning—from the villas to the beach, everything is thoughtfully designed and feels very exclusive. The staff were warm and attentive, and they really made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We loved how peaceful it was, and it gave us the perfect space to relax, bond, and just enjoy the moment together. That said, I’m giving it 4 stars because while the experience was amazing, there were a few small things that could be improved—like slight delays in service at times and the price feeling a bit high for what you get overall. Still, it’s a memorable experience, especially if you’re traveling with friends and want something unique and quiet. I’d definitely recommend it, just with a few expectations in mind.

I was worried when my wife said it’s fully inclusive! But I needn’t have worried . 5 or 6 choices of top end wines , classic cocktails , all those little extras are included . In addition so are all the activities , surfing , paddle boarding,kayaking etc but they always include a guide or two or three. Hang on there’s more- Spas massages , treatments are included.Everything ! Brilliant staff , beautiful rooms, pool .Tons of space on the beach and with only ten villas it’s calm and peaceful . I really cannot find fault ,it’s a stunning piece of luxury from the Monet they meet you at the airport till the moment you leave. One of the nicest touches is they dont over do the service, it’s attentive but without being overbearing. So relaxing you will not want to leave. You cannot but just love it ! Forgot to mention the food - it’s delicious !

Nay Palad will always be a home away from home. This was our 2nd visit here and it only gets better. Thank you to the staff, Em-em, Jerome, John and the rest. You guys go way beyond what is expected from you. Special thanks to GM Anton as well!

My wife and I stayed at Nay Palad to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary. Words cannot even describe the incredible experience we had at the resort. From the moment we were picked up from the airport, to the point we were dropped back off, we were treated with the utmost respect and were very well taken care of. The resort is all inclusive, meaning everything is already paid for, so no need for a wallet. This includes food, drinks, activities (minus diving and fishing since they utilize a 3rd party). The major plus of visiting in September is that the weather was great, and there was only 2 other parties there besides us, so we felt that we had the entire resort to ourselves. It gets busy from Oct to Dec due to surfing season. The food that they served was excellent. Keep in mind that there is no set menu, so you just tell them what type of food you like in advance and they do their best to accommodate you. Our room was always well kept and very clean, also extremely spacious for the two of us. And the daily activities were wonderful, our favorite being the island hopping. What made this stay so special were the workers who went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great time. This resort being so beautiful and luxurious, wouldn’t be anything without its hardworking staff. We wanted to take this time to thank Cring, Hannah, Jerome, Jamie, Durok, Vergilyn, Nat, Meca, Kate, Rosemarie, Aleya, Jay, Matt, Kirk, Van, Flo, the workers who maintained our room and washed our clothes, the chefs who prepared our meals, and anyone else in the background we didn’t get to meet. You guys took such good care of us and we truly appreciate everything you’ve done for me and my wife during our stay. We will miss you all, and hope to see you guys when we visit again.

Nay Palad was a perfect hideaway. The staff were attentive but not intrusive. The daily 2-hour massages were so rejuvenating. Having 20 private nooks to choose from for dining and the curated dishes made every meal unique and special. The sunset at the Pagoda at the middle of the ocean, the island hopping, the snorkeling and kayaking around the mangrove forest were unforgettable. I will definitely go back!

Where to start with this review ? This is one of the most outstanding hotels we have been to on our travels. From the minute you arrive at the airport to when they drop you back to the airport nothing is too much trouble. The villas are amazing we had a sea view one which was fantastic. They are total luxury and super clean. The extra touches of flowers everywhere in the villa on your arrival is so nice. We stayed here at the end of 3 weeks of travelling around the Philippines and it was perfect. There are only 9 villas so it is quiet but we met some other lovely guests too. The hotel will basically arrange anything you want during your stay we enjoyed Island tours ,canoeing and beach lunches .Unfortunately we didn’t get to island hop on the hotels boat as a typhoon hit us on our 3rd day there. The spa is lovely and the massages ( you can have one every day) were excellent. As for the food well that was truly amazing. There are no menus and chef decides each day what to cook. You can walk into the kitchen anytime (spotless) and ask for anything you would like. This was some of the best food we have experienced particularly staying at an all exclusive hotel it is on another level. Another great thing is they have so many different areas to eat around the resort you get a different table and setting for every meal ! The staff are excellent they literally could not do anymore for you. If you want to treat yourself this is the place to go…..Fabulous!

Really love the white-glove bespoke service here. From the moment we met our private transfer drive, we felt well in-good-hands and comfortable. The resort itself is luxurious, the messages expertly done, and the yacht tours somehow both exciting and relaxing. I especially like the island hopping and sunset island activities. The location is peaceful and quiet, the rooms expertly put together and comfortable, and the fit / finish / cleanliness unimpeachable. Worth it.

From the moment you're picked up at the airport until the end of your holiday, everything is incredibly well organized. As soon as you arrive, you're welcomed with warm smiles from the staff and that kindness lasts throughout your entire stay. Every moment, someone is making sure you're having a fantastic time. We booked an ocean view villa, which offers a stunning view when you wake up! The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed. Outside, there was a nice patio with very comfortable lounge options. Staying at Nay Palad all felt and is super relaxed, you don't need to show up for early breakfasts, no fixed times for lunch or dinner. It’s all up to you. Speaking of food and drinks. The food is amazing. give Chef Thorsten the freedom to surprise you with his creations, not only do they taste incredible, but they also look great. You’ll enjoy it. Take a seat at the pool bar after one of those fantastic meals (or anytime during the day) and ask Jake for a cocktail. He’ll add a creative twist to familiar favorites or surprise you with one of his own creations. Need to relax your body? Head to the spa for a massage. My wife absolutely loved them, and they even convinced me to try one... and I loved it too :) The activities perfectly match the laid-back yet luxurious vibe of the resort. We went on the island tour which ended with a fantastic picnic on a beautiful beach after a bit of snorkeling. We also did an excursion with Kirk, who showed us the island's highlights. Kirk is not only a great driver, he is an excellent guide too. Perfect guy to spend a day with. After an easy afternoon at the resort they took us to one of the most amazing surprises of this resort. The mangrove. Don't miss this one. We did a nice SUP tour with Kirk through the calm waters of the mangrove forest, then sat at the pagoda with a glass of wine and some bites to watch the sunset, no doubt it was one of the best sunset spot on the island. If SUP feelt too easy and you're looking for a bit more adventure, try surfing at Cloud 9. I had never surfed before, but they paired me with a local legend who got me up and riding the waves! We had a great time here, and cannot wait to come back to this fantastic place. A big thank you to everyone who made our stay so special!
