因怕送外賣機器人會驚醒到剛睡下的小朋友，遂自行到禮賓部取外賣，到達禮賓部時被告知外賣機器人剛上電梯，我把小朋友已經熟睡的情況告訴陶女士後，陶女士立馬飛奔上電梯去攔截已經送上樓的外賣並且成功攔下，在深夜十一點半她的舉動讓我深受感動！她非常敬業且富有同理心！希望酒店能夠做出相應表揚獎勵！在入住時遇到的一些問題都因她的熱忱相助煙消雲散。

住的19樓，淋浴水壓偏低，人要靠近噴淋花灑水才到的了身半身，而且熱水問題開大些，水温會乎燙乎涼；洗手池下水不暢，正常刷牙積水要很久才清；無線網絡很差，方便內連結，登陸頁面都跳不出來，顯示錯誤，跑到2樓大堂才連結上，但回到19樓網又很卡，大眾點評、微信刷新要以分鐘計，**看視頻看10秒卡20秒，電話前台希望工程部檢查設備，但人家衹覺得是我手機問題，要派工程人員來看我手機，謝謝，如果那裡都連不上刷不出卡頓那是手機問題，衹有房間內存在問題，不是很明顯網絡設備問題的嗎；房間窗簾還是靠手拉，紗簾拉不到位，冰箱櫃門關不住…….説了不好的説説好的，香格里拉的view可謂最佳，門前就是河，九眼橋毫無遮擋，旁邊蘭桂坊，年輕人聚集地，騎個單車5分鐘到太古裏，但跑得遠些要坐地鐵是不方便的，好在成都打車停便宜。其次總體人員服務素質還是好的，沒訂早餐但提出想試一下，能否送一天的早餐也滿足了，入住送上成都特色酒鬼花生、糖果子和把把柑。

整體感覺一般。
房間佈局整體老舊，洗漱用品環保，剛查了一下，建於07年。
1 辦理入住的前台普通話偶爾聽不懂，帶小朋友入住，要求孩子的證件，出示了户口本（小朋友沒有身份證），但也沒登記，説是户口本需要一個一個的往電腦上敲，太麻煩~
2 帶三歲多小朋友入住，房間裏沒有提供小朋友的任何相關物品。第一天要了孩子的洗漱用品，因為連續入住，洗漱台對小朋友來説太高，第二天在要求下才送來了小腳凳，床欄~~
我也算是半個服務行業的，個人覺得八百多一晚的酒店這樣的硬件和服務，不盡如人意
