Chongqing Jinke Grand Hotel

Extremely satisfied, a huge thank you to the team. The Golden Century Hotel feels just like home to us. Thank you Luna and the team for your care.

The hotel has a great environment and features a swimming pool. It's located right opposite The Ring shopping mall, making it very convenient for getting around. I rarely write reviews, but the attentive and meticulous service here really moved me to leave one. Highly recommended!

The room was quite nice and spacious. The kids also loved the 'Xiaodu' smart voice assistant. It's very close to The Ring shopping mall, and there are plenty of great hotpot restaurants nearby. I would definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Chongqing.

This hotel is excellent, even better than those costing over 2000 yuan near Jiefangbei, offering great value for money. It's right next to the Huan Commercial Street and only a half-hour drive from the airport. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Chongqing.

I've lost count of how many times I've stayed here. The cleaning lady even neatly folds my unworn clothes and places them on the bedside table. The hotel is right next to The Ring shopping mall, with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. It's quite convenient...

Revisiting Chongqing after many years, I booked this hotel based on a friend's recommendation – and it truly was excellent! The day before check-in, Ms. Xiong Shiting from the concierge team even called to ask about my room preferences and was incredibly helpful in securing a quiet room for me. Many thanks to her! I'll likely stay here again on my next trip. The surrounding area is also very convenient, and the gym is fantastic!

The room was spacious and bright, and the hygiene was clean and tidy. I'll definitely come again next time.

As a frequent guest at your hotel, every time I step into the lobby, what I look forward to most is seeing the familiar and warm smile of Kathy at the front desk. She's practically an old friend now – I don't even need to say much; she always remembers my preference for a quiet, high-floor room and has my key card ready in advance. The check-in process is always efficient and smooth, and she'll greet me like an old friend, asking things like, "How many days are you staying in Chongqing this time?" or "Did you try that restaurant I recommended last time?" That perfect level of familiarity makes me feel at ease. Kathy's thoughtfulness is also hidden in the details: she notices my flight schedule and proactively offers a late check-out. If she sees I have sports gear, she thoughtfully lets me know when the gym is least crowded. This feeling of 'being remembered' adds a touch of warmth to what could otherwise be a cold business trip. She never slacks off just because I'm a regular; instead, she shows even more meticulous care, turning every encounter into a warm 'reunion.' Thank you, Kathy – this is precisely why I always choose to stay here. It's because of people like her that you want to keep coming back.
