Lake View Hotel

Our stay was fantastic! Xiao Guo at the front desk was so proactive during check-in, telling us all about the hotel's features and breakfast times. She even upgraded us to a lake-view room, and her smile was so warm. The concierge, Xiao Ma, was even more thoughtful – he helped us check out our room. When we checked out, he asked if we needed help calling a taxi. This kind of meticulous service made us feel right at home, even when we were far away. We'll definitely stay here again next time!

The lake view room offered an exceptionally beautiful view, and the housekeeping was very diligent. We left for breakfast early in the morning and by around 10 AM, our room was already cleaned. It was a very satisfying stay. The lobby even had a height and weight measurement device and an automatic book vending machine. We stayed for two days. On the first morning, we walked to Longtan Lake, which was just a five-minute stroll to the park entrance. On the second morning, we cycled to a flea market, arriving in about five minutes. Finishing up by 10 AM meant we still had plenty of time for other activities. It was a great feeling to combine a short business trip with some sightseeing. From the room, we could see the moat, Longtan Lake, Zhonghu Park, the Temple of Heaven, and the CCTV Tower. The Temple of Heaven lit up at night was particularly dreamy, making up for not having time to visit it in person. I would choose to stay here again; I just hope the price could be a bit more favorable next time. Paying over 700 for a single night during Christmas felt a little expensive. There was a sign in the room offering a small gift for Ctrip reviews. When checking out very early, the front desk mentioned the gift couldn't be sent until the afternoon. I said it was fine, I would still leave a review even without the gift. It truly was a very good and satisfying experience!
